Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

We had a partially collapsed sewer drain, discovered after the drain specialist cleaned it out and filmed the collapsed portion. They advised restoration with a "cure in place" pipe. Billy and crew who did that day-long job were professional, respectful of our time and property.

Noah Riddle was outstanding. He was both courteous and very professional. He explained all the important points to consider in terms of maintenance.

I have had just one of those years with a ton of small issues requiring a plumber. My latest problem was an outside leak to the pipe that feeds my sprinkler system. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciated his service.

Paul did a great job fixing my kitchen sink! He was very nice and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up well after. He also was conscientious about my cats, and made sure they wouldn’t run out the door when he had it open. Have always had a pleasant experience with Thornton and Grooms, will continue using them in the future!

Anyone asked will state that this is a higher cost plumbing & maintenance company, but remember that one gets what one pays for. T&G has quality employees performing quality work.
