We had a partially collapsed sewer drain, discovered after the drain specialist cleaned it out and filmed the collapsed portion. They advised restoration with a "cure in place" pipe. Billy and crew who did that day-long job were professional, respectful of our time and property.

The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

Even uncloging was unsuccessful tech Makki Arab was very helpful trying to complete the job. Unfortunately it didn't work, we have to seek another way to unclog the pipe

Thornton and Grooms came out and fixed a major plumbing leak for me. Zak our plumber was fantastic and went out of his way to fix our issue but still kept the cost at a reasonable amount. Ben was a great technician fixing my multiple plumbing issues. He was able to identify why the problem occurred (poor installation by the remodeling contractor several years ago).
