Marcus did a great job installing my new water heater. He was efficient yet very careful. The job was done very cleanly. He took time to explain what was done and why. He answered all my questions in detail. I would be happy to have him back in My Home again.

Update to plumbing work done on 05/26: Glad to see Zak showed up since he did the original work. A small water pressure issue with the shower. Thornton and Grooms has been my go to since 2020. I don’t get the sketchy vibe I have had with other plumber or HVAC companies. I don’t like being pushed products I don’t need and they respect that. The last person who came to address a plumbing problem, Jacob, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly.

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. “World class service with a family touch!” The experience I have had for the last two weeks has been a complete contrast from their mission. I was without heat for two weeks. The first trip, the technician misdiagnosed my furnace. I will never use the company again. I’m a firm believer when you mess up, you stand behind it, own it and make it right.

The eventual cast iron sewer pipe restoration was a long, many step, process. T&G has specialty divisions to provide experienced people for each requirement. Korey leads the team that does the most challenging procedure. Although they are pricey, I feel confident that my home’s plumbing issues are finally over. Thanks Korey.

Solved problem with icemaker

Donald knew what to repair. He had to go and get the part and then installed it. After it was done, he waited to make sure everything was fine. He gave me some pointers on the drain line also.

Arrived on time, performed work quickly, very efficiently, very friendly, didn't attempt to 'sell' me anything I didn't need. Very competitive pricing. Very professional! ABSOLUTELY my choice for future needs.

They replaced our furnace & ac system 2 years ago. I’ve used them for all the maintenance & repairs since then. Everyone on their staff is very professional & keeps me informed at every step. Their work is high quality & they leave your house clean.

A lot of time was spent explaining the problem and discussing my options. That was very helpful. I felt that the focus was on developing an individualized plan, rather than a standardized approach, for my heating and air conditioning, which gave me confidence in my decision.

Had a minor furnace issue over the weekend and they had someone stop by Monday morning to fix it! Super prompt, nice repairman, wore a mask, fixed the issue and explained why and how it broke.

Fixed our issue with our heating system fairly quickly, and he checked to make sure it would run smoothly again after turning the thermostat on and off so we wouldn't have any issues with it after he'd left. Dave Busard showed up right on time. He knows exactly what is going on with the furnace and went straight to fixing it. This morning Brian Martindale called to let me know he was on his way in responding to my service call. First, he was very prompt, very polite and was great in explaining everything he would be doing to get my air conditioner going for the summer. He did a great job. Very satisfied customer.

Mike came out today to inspect the HVAC as we were having issues with the AC cooling. He was very detailed with the inspection and transparent with the repair cost. As a result, we have a better idea of the root cause of the AC failure and the next steps in the process. All in all, I had a very pleasant and helpful experience with Mike.

Michael was spolite, knowledgeable, and made sure to complete the job to my total satisfaction. I have been a loyal T&G customer and wouldn't dream of entrusting my plumbing or HVAC needs to anyone else. They are the best!
