Julio came over on time and was professional. He was very thorough in reviewing what was wrong with my heating unit, what could and could not be done to fix it, and did what he could to troubleshoot so I had heat in the meantime before a more permanent repair could be made. Thorton & Grooms have always been great for us. Jeron was wonderful and got our AC back online in time for the heatwave.

Marcus did a great job installing my new water heater. He was efficient yet very careful. The job was done very cleanly. He took time to explain what was done and why. He answered all my questions in detail. I would be happy to have him back in My Home again.

Update to plumbing work done on 05/26: Glad to see Zak showed up since he did the original work. A small water pressure issue with the shower. We’ve always loved the level of service that T&G provides, but Zeke went above and beyond! Really happy, job well done.

Thornton and Grooms handled my AC repair with professionalism and sklll. Our technicians were punctual and very courteous. I’ve dealt with T&G multiple times and find this experience is typical rather than the exception. Great company!

Great service, professional and kind.

I had Brian come and look at my furnace that wasn’t working and boy is Brian a GEM!! He is very thorough and talented in his work and I would highly recommend him. Amazing service as always. They’re always my first call for any plumbing or hvac needs.

Thornton and Grooms has been my go to since 2020. I don’t get the sketchy vibe I have had with other plumber or HVAC companies. I don’t like being pushed products I don’t need and they respect that. The last person who came to address a plumbing problem, Jacob, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly.

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. If I did not do the maintenance this year, could have done more damage to my furnace. So Thanks Dan for doing a great job… Read full review

Dan Beckett did a great job inspecting my furnace snd AC.

Adam is a true professional, competent, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough with his work. He did an excellent job and recommended some of the services that we had been considering for a while. Very Impressive indeed!!!

Our plumber, Dorian was fantastic. He spent the extra few minutes to help us understand our boiler better and what to keep an eye out for.

“World class service with a family touch!” The experience I have had for the last two weeks has been a complete contrast from their mission. I was without heat for two weeks. The first trip, the technician misdiagnosed my furnace. I will never use the company again. I’m a firm believer when you mess up, you stand behind it, own it and make it right.

I have worked with Thornton and Grooms several times throughout the last few years. They have done repair work on my furnace, replaced my AC, and most recently installed a tankless water heater. I have been extremely satisfied with all of this work. They are very responsive to all of the jobs I have called them for,… Read full review

The eventual cast iron sewer pipe restoration was a long, many step, process. T&G has specialty divisions to provide experienced people for each requirement. Korey leads the team that does the most challenging procedure. Although they are pricey, I feel confident that my home’s plumbing issues are finally over. Thanks Korey.

William serviced our furnace. He was efficient and professional...I hope to use him again.

Honestly when my AC went out mid August I just assumed I was screwed. I feel like every business I go to for car repairs, etc has 2 week waits. This was not the case here. I was able to schedule my appointment online, they came the very next day, and my AC was back up and running in less than 24 hours from when I… Read full review

Very timely, friendly, professional. Great service and would recommend to a friend.

A lot of time was spent explaining the problem and discussing my options. That was very helpful. I felt that the focus was on developing an individualized plan, rather than a standardized approach, for my heating and air conditioning, which gave me confidence in my decision.

Had a minor furnace issue over the weekend and they had someone stop by Monday morning to fix it! Super prompt, nice repairman, wore a mask, fixed the issue and explained why and how it broke.
