Anthony was very respectful and cleaned out my line to the street. For the price of $99 I was told that my line would be cleaned out and a camera inspection would be done. Anthony does not do this service. The camera service was not done, I was told I had to make another appointment for this. But still had to pay the $99.

Called Thornton & Grooms for an estimate for a backwater valve. They charged for the estimate but the estimate included a sewer line scope. They found major root build up that other inspectors and plumbers had somehow missed. They were very professional and informative.

We had a clay septic pipe leading to the city septic main collapse. We had multiple repairmen come to our house, Mike, Cody, Colin, John, Austin...all of them went above and beyond in working hard to locate the problem and get our septic working again. I would definitely recommend them and call them again.

Doig unclogged our sewer line by snaking the line. He provided excellent service and was knowledgeable about potential solutions to avoid future backup issues. He was also helpful in suggesting that I review my homeowners policy to determine if I have sewer line coverage that covers all the way out to the street.

Thornton & Grooms did a sewer liner install for me on a 145 ft drain. All technicians were professional and knowledgeable, special shout out to Brad Davis, William Tarolli, and Andrew Rowe. Prices were a bit high but I have lots of confidence in the work that was done.

Rep was awesome. Answered all questions and was at our home on a Saturday in less than 120 min of when we called in! Great guys to deal with! I would definitely call them again!

Rodney tried and was unable to repair my vintage dish master. Installed a new faucet assembly. Rehung the garbage disposal, and fixed a variety of other small issues. He is certainly persistent! A pleasant and professional gentleman.

Not the cheapest in the area, but their technicians seem to know how to do things right and try to suggest reasonable repairs before ones that are more expensive and extensive. When they need to do something that is extensive (like putting a new sewer line in my basement), they reduce or remove the cost of prior attempts to fix the problem.

Very nice people. However, I never received any follow up after didn't resolve my issue that they charged me almost $1500 for. I told them what the issue prior to hand. They convinced me they thought it was something else. They were wrong. I paid for it.

I have never met more professional and respectful individuals. If you want a job done correctly, quickly, and quality work, you need to seek them out, especially Christian and his crew. I couldn't be happier with them .

They are a bit higher in cost but as they say you get what you pay for. 5 years ago had same problem with sewer pipes rotting through with water backup. Very happy with the work and profession way all steps were followed

While their price is the best, this is without a benefit. The sewer snake job I hired them for lasted only 3 months, and my main line was backed up again. I called them to ask what kind of guarantee they offered, and they said there wasnt one. Wish I hired a more reputable company the first time.
