Through inspection of plumbing areas. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Great costumer service and well trained technician! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone for there professional AC service. Thanks again Steve , well done!

Anthony was very respectful and cleaned out my line to the street. For the price of $99 I was told that my line would be cleaned out and a camera inspection would be done. Anthony does not do this service. The camera service was not done, I was told I had to make another appointment for this. But still had to pay the $99.

Mike was very professional & took care of our issue quickly.

Jeremy was professional, prompt and friendly. Explained what he was doing and found the problem right away. Highly recommend.

Billy and Stephanie did a great job! Very communicative upon their arrival and called to let us know the progress of the repair and cleaning, very personable and knowledgeable.

I have had a series of plumbing issues lately, starting with a slow shower drain that identified significant rust scaling in my 48 year old cast iron pipes that led to a descaling and flushing. The descaling revealed a series of openings in the bottom of the lead from the kitchen. Ultimately the basement needed to… Read full review

Tree roots got into my sewer pipe. T&G was excellent. I cannot have experienced a better outcome. Called Thornton & Grooms for an estimate for a backwater valve. They charged for the estimate but the estimate included a sewer line scope. They found major root build up that other inspectors and plumbers had somehow missed. They were very professional and informative.

Thornton & Grooms has become so disappointing. Not the cheapest in the area, but their technicians seem to know how to do things right and try to suggest reasonable repairs before ones that are more expensive and extensive. My old clay sewer pipe was replaced with PVC after digging up the backyard. The crew was friendly and explained everything to me. Fingers crossed that the new pipe lasts a lifetime!

Excellent service, quickly, and for a great price!

Our tech was efficient and took the time to answer all our questions! He did not spring any surprises on us and was careful to address all our concerns. Would highly recommend T&G and will definitely use them again in the future.

Charles did an outstanding job, extremely professional. He answered all of my questions clearly and completely . He sets a high standard for all others to aspire to!!

Cody was great. He was really pleasant to work with, kept us up to date on the job, and came up with a way to solve our major sewer issue without having to dig another expensive hole.

I had a sewer back up in my basement and they were able to come within the same day. The customer service was very professional and I liked how they sent text updates when the plumber was on his way. Austin did a great job cleaning my sewer line and was very thorough about the work done. I also like that the camera… Read full review

Professional and courteous. Explained everything as he went. Problem was more extensive than anticipated and escalated my service to the appropriate team. Thanks, Rob!

This company was professional from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable, and hard working. Jim Murt who came out originally was very helpful. And the crew that came out to repair my main line did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend

They are a bit higher in cost but as they say you get what you pay for. 5 years ago had same problem with sewer pipes rotting through with water backup. We went with a cheaper company and they did very poor quality work. We lived out of suitcases in a hotel for a month then did a repair that only took them 1 day.… Read full review

Carter and Jim were very professional. They explained everything and quickly identified the root cause of the issue.

Great Company!

We experienced a big mess with our sewer, and had different workers out at our house for several days. Everyone was kind, respectful, and did great with their work. Biggest plus, they were on time every single day!

Rodney is simply the best hvac professional I have ever dealt with. Smart, hard-working and honest. I'd become quite jaded over the years of dealing with dishonest scumbags who populate the biz - talk about a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Both guys you sent out to my home were very nice, however didn't really have answers for my problem. As it turns out it's my garage disposal that has caused my problem. Billy didn't go the extra mile by not loosening two screws to look down the main drain pipe as did the second guy with the camera. Water went down… Read full review

Great technician.

Excellent and professional service as always.

Delightful

Awesome great job

Austin Sylvester did a prompt professional job in snaking out the drain in my laundry room area. He also supplied a new sewer cap that had to be broken off in order to get into the drain to snake it out!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Thornton And Groomes and their service tech Joshua. Every phase of the service was 5 stars from setting the appointment to the arrival of the technician and completion of the Job. Joshua was outstanding in his listening of my problem, explaining alternative… Read full review

Professional, courteous, covid compliant and respectful of my home. Explained what they were doing and how to maintain my plumbing. Would definitely recommend to others.

All the repairs are functioning as normal. The problem required extensive repairs to remove the Michigan/Dearborn house sewage trap which required breaking up a portion of our basement floor, digging down 4’ while also approaching the trap from the outside which required the use of an excavator digging down 10’.… Read full review

We have dealt with Thornton and Grooms twice now and have had great experiences both times! Our first experience was finding out our pipes needed to be replaced. We dealt with several different people throughout the process and I don't remember all of their names, but the guy that sent the camera down the drain,… Read full review

This company is the best. Awesome customer service. Fair prices. Free camera with sewer clean out. Ill only use this company!

There was a crew of four who worked to fix a clogged sewer drain. It required digging to the line and repair and replace a section of the drain connecting the house drain to the city line. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the crew was very respectful and professional. from the time the line was scoped… Read full review

Very happy with the work and profession way all steps were followed

While their price is the best, this is without a benefit. The sewer snake job I hired them for lasted only 3 months, and my main line was backed up again. I called them to ask what kind of guarantee they offered, and they said there wasnt one. Wish I hired a more reputable company the first time.

Today Scott came out and clean my furance plus he noticed my humidifier needed to be serviced also which he did and he replaced both of the filters in the humidifier plus made sure it was turned and working correctly plus after cleaning my furnace he replaced the filter with a hepa filter. And while he was here he… Read full review

Very satisfied with his thorough work. Very easy to talk to and all were very hard workers.

UNCLOGGED SHOWER DRAIN

Sump pump installation was great. Highly recommend

Austin and Mike were absolutely awesome to work with and I would highly recommend him and this company again 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Very pleased with this company. The Tech (Joshua S) who came to the house was prompt, polite, and professional. He was patient in his explanations about things to consider as well as the cost/benefit options i needed to make. His input was sincere and valuable. Highlight of the service: When I asked Joshua to… Read full review

We have used Thornton and Grooms for all of our HVAC and plumbing issues since buying our house three years ago (and there have been a LOT of issues) and they have always been great to work with. Their prices are a little higher than most, but in our opinion, absolutely worth it.

Joey P. was very informative and came in a fixed my problem answered all my questions and even gave feedback that I can use to prevent future issues. Thank you so much! Toya G.
