Anthony was very respectful and cleaned out my line to the street. For the price of $99 I was told that my line would be cleaned out and a camera inspection would be done. Anthony does not do this service. The camera service was not done, I was told I had to make another appointment for this. But still had to pay the $99.

Mike was very professional & took care of our issue quickly.

Called Thornton & Grooms for an estimate for a backwater valve. They charged for the estimate but the estimate included a sewer line scope. They found major root build up that other inspectors and plumbers had somehow missed. They were very professional and informative.

Darrin was through and answered all of my questions about our sewer back up. He snaked our line, identified some potential issues and set us up with next steps. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was great. She is knowledgeable, a good worker, and communicated well.

Turns out they over charged me by $500 before the holiday. I had to call 10+ times show them the documents they gave me and showed they over charged and still have not been refunded I would never hire them again

Marquis does a wonderful job Also, Mike Marquis was excellent and saved me a lot of money by avoiding the kitchen and bathroom tile areas

Tony and Jackson came out today to install a new sewer liner. They were here most of the day and Was happy with their work. They communicated with me regularly and answered all of my questions.

Jesse did an amazing job Installing my new sewer line. City inspector approved the installation and it’s good for back filling and cement. All of my experiences with T & G have been satisfactory thus far.

Anthony, is a real knowledgeable, true professional. He did a fantastic job of assessing my issues and giving me clear options. I don't know if the price I paid was high or low. It didn't make a difference because the service was well worth it.

Super professional! Had the issue nobody wants, digging up the basement floor to fix water backing up in the basement. It’s a bad thing to happen, but Thornton & Grooms sent out experts, I’m very impressed.

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced.
