Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

I have had just one of those years with a ton of small issues requiring a plumber. My latest problem was an outside leak to the pipe that feeds my sprinkler system. Shout out to Matt V. for his great work fixing that geyser. T&G have located and fixed my problems, every time. I have saved at least $300 this year…

Thornton has great staff! Codee, Curtis, and Mason were all very thorough with their explanations of what was being done. I had full confidence that they were going to complete the job even when a curveball (not in their control) appeared during the process. They cleaned up well and I would 1000% recommend Thornton to friends and family.
Daryn was very professional, he arrived on time with phone call prior to arrival. He wore boots in the house and cleaned up after himself. Was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and my options clearly. Highly recommend and will continue to use Thornton and Grooms for the peace of mind that my home care needs are being maintained.
