Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

I have had just one of those years with a ton of small issues requiring a plumber. My latest problem was an outside leak to the pipe that feeds my sprinkler system. Thornton has great staff! Codee, Curtis, and Mason were all very thorough with their explanations of what was being done. I had full confidence that they were going to complete the job even when a curveball (not in their control) appeared during the process. They cleaned up well and I would 1000% recommend Thornton to friends and family.

Daryn was very professional, he arrived on time with phone call prior to arrival. He wore boots in the house and cleaned up after himself. Was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and my options clearly. Highly recommend and will continue to use Thornton and Grooms for the peace of mind that my home care needs are being maintained.

Paul (and his team) did a fabulous job of tearing out the old plumbing and installing 1) new pex piping (including new shutoff values and completely redoing the shower piping), and 2) a new hot water heater. Very pleased with the professionalism and the results.

Great service and professional from Zack to checkout my plumbing with the Thornton & Grooms service plan. Sal was on-time, courteous, and helpful. He fixed a few minor issues in order to avoid long term issues.

I called because my shower wouldn't turn on and my tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Evan was able to make it out next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job didn't take more than a few hours. Great company and service!

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. Jonathan Wellman did an outstanding job with our annual plumbing inspection and tankless water heater maintenance. He went above and beyond, tested water quality, labeled all of our water and gas shut offs, cleaned the fixtures and provided great tips for maintenance. This is why we use Thornton and Grooms.

This is by far the best, most organized and efficient company we have dealt with during the renovation of our home. Every single person we have dealt with are outstanding!

Explanation of needed repairs and cost. Because there not a major emergency there will be a 30 to 60 day window to do repairs and pay cash for repairs. Both plumbers I had contact with were polite and helpful.

The employee was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Luke and John did some plumbing work for us - fixing a couple shower valves, outdoor spikets - they were friendly, professional, thorough, and CLEAN (hard to overstate how important that is to us). Very pleased. 5 stars. Great job, guys! :)

Staff is professional. Their dispatch is great because they give you precise times and will try to fit you in if there are cancellations.

Cleaned roots from my main sanitary drain

Paul Balikowski and Anthony Barraco were beyond professional, they wore footies and latex out their walk way blankets through the areas of work. They were funny and just down to earth people. I want these 2 gentleman to come back and work off our entire house piping when we go ahead and follow through with that.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional replaced stack in basement and installed all new plumbing in main bathroom. Fantastic job they were neat showed up on time and did first class work.
