Tony is very honest, open, down to earth, professional, and competent. He is very friendly and delightful to work with. He did an outstanding job repairing a toilet leak and installing 2 brand new toilets. Next, we are going to have Tony install 2 new bathroom vanity sinks. I highly recommend Tony for any plumbing challenge you have.

Quoted $4,647 to install/swap one regular toilet ($912) and install/swap one smart toilet ($2,824). Shocked by these prices. Hired a different company to do the same work for $275 for the regular toilet and $600 for smart toilet.

We’ve always loved the level of service that T&G provides, but Zeke went above and beyond! Really happy, job well done.

Tom did great work on toilet installation. He is family and took good care of us.

I cannot say enough of how these guys are the best plumbing service company out here. Completely trustworthy and the services techs are hands-down the best in this industry. The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

Paul was the installer of a new toilet and laundry room faucet, with shut-offs. He was very courteous, neat and allowed me to ask whatever questions I had. Also was great with the dogs we have. Highly recommend him, and Thorton and Grooms, in general.

Jeremy was promt, courteous and thorough in his estimate for interior and exterior main drain replacement and toilet installation.

Anthony and Aaron did a good job. So did John. What I didn't like was Anthony and Aaron left and passed the job on to John. John didn't finish last night and he said he may or may not be back to finish today. It may be someone else. I don't understand that.

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. Peasant guy, installing a basement toilet under a stairway and busting some concrete to connect it. Also replacing a bathroom vanity to solve a chronic issue, gave good advice on it.

Not the cheapest in the area, but their technicians seem to know how to do things right and try to suggest reasonable repairs before ones that are more expensive and extensive. When they need to do something that is extensive (like putting a new sewer line in my basement), they reduce or remove the cost of prior attempts to fix the problem.

This entire team, is completely organized, professional, and great communicators. We stumbled upon them using Google reviews, and are very relieved to have done so. Highly recommended.

William Brown and his team provided outstanding service on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022. All scheduled installations could not be completed for various reasons and William assured us we would be notified when items would be available for installation. The toilet installation was completed to our satisfaction.

I selected this company due to its reputation and I was not disappointed. Todd was honest, competent and I am happy with the finished product.

We have used Thornton and Grooms for all of our HVAC and plumbing issues since buying our house three years ago (and there have been a LOT of issues) and they have always been great to work with. Their prices are a little higher than most, but in our opinion, absolutely worth it.
