Thornton has great staff! Codee, Curtis, and Mason were all very thorough with their explanations of what was being done. I had full confidence that they were going to complete the job even when a curveball (not in their control) appeared during the process. Thornton and Grooms has been my go to since 2020. I don’t get the sketchy vibe I have had with other plumber or HVAC companies. I don’t like being pushed products I don’t need and they respect that. The last person who came to address a plumbing problem, Jacob, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly.

Secured service warranty for heating and air for entire home. Steven was polite and respectful. Very professional.

The technician, Aaron, was very competent, professional, polite and timely. He explained everything in detail and came up with several options for repair and replacement. On another visit, Luke, quickly and efficiently cleaned the aerator on the kitchen faucet sink at no additional cost.

They’re great but a little pricey. However, you can be sure everything is done right for the price.

Todd was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to quickly locate the issue and repaired it promptly. Great service!!! I'm completely satisfied

Jeff was very professional and personable. He explained fully the problems he found with our toilets. He also provided available options for water heater, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Today Jeff repaired two toilets. Next week he will install a water heater.
