Devin explained the problem our toilet was experiencing. After which he went right to work and did an excellent job restoring toilet to working order.

Jesse Cline did a fabulous job installing a new toilet. He was efficient and knowledgable and did the work in very little time. It was a pleasure to interact with him. He answered all our questions. Great Job which is consistent with all work we have had T&G do for us.

Zack’s visit turned out to be a great experience for me to deal with house plumbing system. He is courteous and knowledgeable while showing patience with customers. We have good communication and thus made me more appreciative of him and the company’s home care service.

I was having a problem with a “leak” from my primary bathroom down onto the kitchen counter and cabinets below! Brandon Riddle was very reassuring and helpful. Although he was unable to resolve the problem at that visit, he recommended further options for me to get the help I needed.…I have always received excellent service from Thornton and Grooms.

Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

I have had just one of those years with a ton of small issues requiring a plumber. My latest problem was an outside leak to the pipe that feeds my sprinkler system. Very knowledgeable and introduced himself when he entered my house. Went over the cost with me along with the maintenance program. Very nice to work with.

Next day service that was absolutely outstanding and seemed like it had been part of their schedule for weeks!
