Jesse Cline did a fabulous job installing a new toilet. He was efficient and knowledgable and did the work in very little time. It was a pleasure to interact with him. He answered all our questions. Great Job which is consistent with all work we have had T&G do for us.

I was having a problem with a “leak” from my primary bathroom down onto the kitchen counter and cabinets below! Brandon Riddle was very reassuring and helpful. Although he was unable to resolve the problem at that visit, he recommended further options for me to get the help I needed.…I have always received excellent service from Thornton and Grooms.

Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

I have had just one of those years with a ton of small issues requiring a plumber. My latest problem was an outside leak to the pipe that feeds my sprinkler system. Very knowledgeable and introduced himself when he entered my house. Went over the cost with me along with the maintenance program. Very nice to work with.

They are very professional and technician are usually very knowledgeable. The response time is also good. Price wise they are higher than the market.

Tony is very honest, open, down to earth, professional, and competent. He is very friendly and delightful to work with. He did an outstanding job repairing a toilet leak and installing 2 brand new toilets. Next, we are going to have Tony install 2 new bathroom vanity sinks. I had a bath tub drain stop that came disconnected and a toilet that was running. They convinced me it was a huge time consuming job. They were there approximately 3 hours and charged 2000. Stay clear. Also pay attention to their response to this review

Mason was very efficient in getting our toilet repaired.

Thornton has great staff! Codee, Curtis, and Mason were all very thorough with their explanations of what was being done. I had full confidence that they were going to complete the job even when a curveball (not in their control) appeared during the process. They cleaned up well and I would 1000% recommend Thornton to friends and family.
