The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

I had requested the water tank to be flushed. However, Devin pointed out some serious issues with the tank. He and his coworker were able to install a new one the same day. They did an excellent job.

Rene did a comprehensive estimate for all the tasks that we requested. Gas line routing to install a new gas range, replace water heater, replace hardware in all bathroom toilet tanks and install a water softener system. Provided separate and packaged estimates. Highly recommended.

Thornton and Grooms gave me a price quote yesterday and were back today to replace my 30 yo, broken, 75 gal. water heater. Speedy, great explanations, efficient. Took 2 guys 4 or 5 hours. Not the cheapest price, but I feel as if they provided the value and expertise.
