Jonathan and Tom provided us with 5-Star service today inspecting the gas lines and replacing the aged water heater. They also advised us about a lot of other issues and services to keep our new home in tip top shape going forward. We are glad to have become acquainted with Thornton & Grooms.

As I understand most home owners do not bother to have the gas water heater anode rod replaced around 3-5 years after new tank installed. Most believe it is not worth the cost. Paul was amazing! He is a great guy, and easily a valuable employee of your company. He was super friendly, explained everything and made me feel like I could trust what was said. Thorton & Groom's always have very pleasant service technicians. I have recommended the company several times. Very satisfied with them. Stephen was out today to correct a wiring issue with my air conditioner. He was polite, thorough and explained what needed to be done.
