Ben did a great job , as we have come to expect from Thornton & Grooms. Ben flushed and descaled our tankless water heater and while that process ran, Ben installed a replacement toilet in our master bathroom. Ben explained everything that he was going to do and then went over the completed jobs when he was… Read full review

Very pleased with my experience with Thornton & Grooms thus far. I had a tech out to my house less than 24 hours from when I called with an issue. We need our water heater replaced. They are my only caller for all my plumbing and A/C needs. Their work is immaculate. Everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend them for anything you need.

Very thorough and professional. Everything explained and demonstrated. No issues.

As I understand most home owners do not bother to have the gas water heater anode rod replaced around 3-5 years after new tank installed. Most believe it is not worth the cost. I had the anode rod replaced after 5 years, hope to see 5 more years of life, but only time will tell. The cost in 2026 is around $500. My… Read full review

Both Mr. Rodney Parisian and Mr, Charles King were very professional. They arrived on time very promptly. Our basement was flooded, so timeliness was much appreciated. Very knowledgeable and thorough

Workers always friendly and courteous

I had an AC service check today. The tech, Da'vu, was great. Yesterday, I replaced two water heaters. Zak and Demetrius were great. In the recent past, Rodney has done plumbing. He was great. Unfortunately, the customer service bot is one of the MOST frustrating things I have ever experienced. Impossible to reach a… Read full review

Jacob provided excellent service! Professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand. Installed water heater in a short time, with 5 star quality work!

Josh van Hilten is a very nice, knowledgeable service person. He explained our options and the way forward, pointing out the problems that may pop up with our extremely old plumbing. Every employee that we have dealt with at Thornton and Grooms has been exemplary. Thank you for your excellent service.

Paid $240 for a care club membership. They came out to do my ac check and charged $322 (that was with a discount for being a member) to spend 20 minutes to remove panels and hose my ac filters off. They over charge drastically when I thought being a loyal club member would save money it only gave them the ability… Read full review

I cannot say enough of how these guys are the best plumbing service company out here. Completely trustworthy and the services techs are hands-down the best in this industry. They always have the parts that are needed so I'm never waiting to get my problems repaired. Thorton and Grooms will always be my first choice when I'm in need.

Fast responses very kind professional

Woke up at 5 am to a leaking water heater and 12 hours later I have a new tankless one. Very quick, thorough and professional service from the office staff and Matt and Paul and Cameron and Christian and the entire team. 10/10 will use again!

Very professional job but need someone to come and finish the job. Drywall and paint to complete work.

Josh was professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Thankfully he keeps families safe.

Highly skilled technicians that do the job right the first time.

The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

Friendly, professional, helpful, explained everything. They took me through each step, made sure that I was clear and that everything worked perfectly. Very thorough.

Thorton & Grooms installed a new hot water heater with professionalism. They were quick and completed the installation the same day. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend them. D. Rogers

Devin was a pleasure to work with. I give him ten stars. He has a wonderful, friendly, personality that gives you confidence. He first came to do a plumbing check and asked what most concerned me. I said the water heater was old and above another condo. Devin checked it, took a picture that showed rust and agreed I… Read full review
