As I understand most home owners do not bother to have the gas water heater anode rod replaced around 3-5 years after new tank installed. Most believe it is not worth the cost. Paul was amazing! He is a great guy, and easily a valuable employee of your company. He was super friendly, explained everything and made me feel like I could trust what was said. Thorton & Groom's always have very pleasant service technicians. I have recommended the company several times. Very satisfied with them. Stephen was out today to correct a wiring issue with my air conditioner. He was polite, thorough and explained what needed to be done.

Paid $240 for a care club membership. They came out to do my ac check and charged $322 (that was with a discount for being a member) to spend 20 minutes to remove panels and hose my ac filters off. Woke up at 5 am to a leaking water heater and 12 hours later I have a new tankless one. Very quick, thorough and professional service from the office staff and Matt and Paul and Cameron and Christian and the entire team. 10/10 will use again!

Highly skilled technicians that do the job right the first time.

The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

Friendly, professional, helpful, explained everything. They took me through each step, made sure that I was clear and that everything worked perfectly. Very thorough.

Paul (and his team) did a fabulous job of tearing out the old plumbing and installing 1) new pex piping (including new shutoff values and completely redoing the shower piping), and 2) a new hot water heater. Very pleased with the professionalism and the results.
