Wow what an awakening of what customer service should be! We felt like VIPs the entire process and the crew were extremely professional. I felt extremely confident in our tech's knowledge and still cannot believe how fast they got everything installed. A well oiled machine!

Thornton & Grooms got a technician out to me just hours after I called them, I was surprised at the speed. When Tom got here, he was very friendly and professional. He didn't mind me watching over his shoulder and asking question, and he offered valuable information to help me maintain my water heater in the future.
