I couldn't be happier with Thoro-clene. My technician was Oscar. He arrived promptly, was very pleasant, neat and well groomed, organized and professional. Oscar did a BEAUTIFUL job of cleaning my carpets. I will definitely be calling Thoro-clene again and I will most definitely be requesting Oscar. I am absolutely thrilled! Thank you!

They did such a great job my realtor asked if I got new carpet. Highly recommend.
Jason did an amazing job cleaning the white carpet on our stairs! Looks brand new! He also installed carpet in a bedroom, again great job and attention to detail.
Chase (I hope I got that right) was awesome. He did a great job and he did it efficiently. My carpet can't be saved but he bought me another year with his cleaning.
Thoro-Clene did professional and amazing work on our carpets. The professional assigned to our job was a family member of this local family owned business. They have been in business for 26 years. He paid special attention to the areas that were needing extra care and the two area rugs and carpet square footage…
I had my carpets cleaned over the weekend and I am very impressed. John was the technician. He arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned everything and was finished in about an hour. He explained everything he did, he was so polite, I will request him again. Thank you John and Thoro-Clean. You guys have done carpets for…
We love working with Thoro-clene! Everyone, from the office staff to the technicians who come to our home, has been great! We’ve used them for carpet cleaning, carpet stretching, and even shopping for new carpet. Honest, up-front, and professional all around.
My carpets look great!
They did a very good job with our carpets and furniture
They did an awesome job repairing my carpet and made sure to explain everything to me. Carpets were cleaned and they look great!
Technician refused to vacuum carpets before hot water extraction. When asked to vacuum first, he said it didn't need vacuuming. We confirmed later that vacuuming is a REQUIRED first step as hot water extraction is designed to remove oils and residues, not large amounts of dry debris. Cannot recommend this company.
We have had Thoro-clene clean our carpets multiple times and our upholstery once. They are on time, courteous, they do great work, and their prices are fair. I highly recommend this company! We just had them come back again this past weekend, and John from their company was amazing! He was super thorough and did a…
Oscar was great, fast and efficient. Arrived on time and explained the process thoroughly.
I had large soap residue spots that were caused by using a home carpet shampooer and shampoo to remove some pet stains. I tried rinsing several times and couldn’t get them out. Thoroclean got my carpet clean. Unfortunately, the soap residue spots did not come out. Update to my previous review. After my carpet…
I needed some repairs in a bathroom that flooded. Repair was done and cleaning followed. Thoro Clean was awesome and were quick to give me a free estimate and quick follow through. Happy to find them.

We’re so pleased with the job Thoro-Clene did. Even our cat approves! The representative was very friendly and thorough, getting a few stains out, even black grease from the bottom of our drum kit!
I saw an ad in my FB feeds, needed the carpets cleaned up, scheduled an appointment, and was so happy I did. They were on time, professional, used corner protectors, efficient, and didn't break the bank. I'm on their schedule to call me back this summer, which saves me any hassles. They left my ruddy carpets looking…
Thoro-Clene came out and cleaned my carpets today and I’ve used a lot of companies in the past but Thoro-Clene by far has done the best job! Other companies have been so fast to be done and this guy took his time and my carpets look brand new! Thank you for the great job.
Frequent customer because the company is reliable and customer friendly. Tech did an excellent up job bringing my carpet and recliner back to life. Fast and efficient every time.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. We actually had them come back and do additional carpet cleaning for us. We had one room with a strong smell of cat urine and the Oder has completely gone. I would absolutely recommend this company.
I was not happy that the carpet was left more wet then on past cleanings, I had a allergy this time. And a stains didn't come up. i plan to request a 2nd attempt on trying to remove it. I recall it was coffee.
On time, friendly people, doesn’t try to take advantage of me, carpets clean and smell clean without coverups fragrances, stays clean longer, prices quoted do not increase after the job like several other companies have done. I trust and respect this company and their staff.
Very professional. I've never had my carpets and tile cleaned so well. Recommend them to my daughter and sister and they were also very impressed.
Fantastic. We had bubbles and bumps all over our carpet. Thoroclene stretched and cleaned it so well, it looks almost brand new! But thankfully, much less expensive than actually having to get new carpet 👍

Great company. Professional. Arrived early and did a phenomenal job. Carpet looks brand new again and we had pet stains/odors and a red stain that all came right out. John was very knowledgeable and gave some really good tips for how to maintain our clean carpets. We would recommend them to everyone! Very reasonably priced too.
Recently I had my carpets stretched and cleaned by Thoro-Clene. I have had carpets cleaned before by other services but this company exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, helpful and did an excellent service for me. All rooms look great and it’s like having new carpet. I highly recommend Thoro-Clene.
I had several stairs cleaned, a hall and 2 rooms. The technician did a great job. Very professional.
Wow- my carpet looks almost brand new! And that's quite the feat for a home with four dogs. Oscar is great. He has been cleaning our carpets for over 15 years! We have no complaints!!!
Technician was on-time and professional. Would like to see cost determined be square footage, but I understand the need for a minimum charge.

I had carpet on the stairs that had been ruined by cats. Jason, with Thoro-Clene was incredibly helpful and took time to check for areas where cats may have urinated. His repair of the carpet on the stairs was amazing. He provided understanding and a clear concept of the work that was going to be done. I felt…

Thoro-Clene... Amazing! Every time I have a need for their services, they are there. Best customer service, amazing work, and just a quick phone call away. They've installed flooring through my whole house, my townhouse and my RV (but don't ask for RV install, because they don't do that any longer, oops)…
