Update 2/2026 I just wanted to update this review, I still use Thoro-clene (usually every 6 months) Oscar still takes care of us and does exceptional work. Not only are my carpets perfectly clean, but the whole experience is great. I get a friendly reminder call where I’m offered specials, I am given a Curtesy call… Read full review

Loved our experience with Thoro Clean!!! I highly value professionalism, and that is what I got with their services. I was contacted at least a couple times prior to our service, one to confirm appt and second to check if the tech could show up early. Both our carpet and rug were saturated with pet odors and they… Read full review

Thoro-Clene... Amazing! Every time I have a need for their services, they are there. Best customer service, amazing work, and just a quick phone call away. They've installed flooring through my whole house, my townhouse and my RV (but don't ask for RV install, because they don't do that any longer, oops)… Read full review

I have used ThoroClean many times. This time James used a super deep clean especially on the dog urine stains. It was an absolute miracle that he got the stains out. I was totally impressed with his service. This company really does an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn’t do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have… Read full review
