Thoro-Clene did professional and amazing work on our carpets. The professional assigned to our job was a family member of this local family owned business. They have been in business for 26 years. He paid special attention to the areas that were needing extra care and the two area rugs and carpet square footage…
We have had Thoro-clene clean our carpets multiple times and our upholstery once. They are on time, courteous, they do great work, and their prices are fair. I highly recommend this company! We just had them come back again this past weekend, and John from their company was amazing! He was super thorough and did a…
Chase was an incredible tech. Informative, polite, communicative. The carpets FEEL clean which is how you know it’s great service. Will use again.
Frequent customer because the company is reliable and customer friendly. Tech did an excellent up job bringing my carpet and recliner back to life. Fast and efficient every time.
EXCELLENT couch & upholstery cleaning. Got out some marker stains my kids colored on my couch- I will be using them for whatever we need in the future!
Thoro-Clene was very professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning our Floors for our business.
Loved our experience with Thoro Clean!!! I highly value professionalism, and that is what I got with their services. I was contacted at least a couple times prior to our service, one to confirm appt and second to check if the tech could show up early. Both our carpet and rug were saturated with pet odors and they…
Thoro-Clene... Amazing! Every time I have a need for their services, they are there. Best customer service, amazing work, and just a quick phone call away. They've installed flooring through my whole house, my townhouse and my RV (but don't ask for RV install, because they don't do that any longer, oops)…
Thoro clene has always done a great job. I will continue to use them for future carpet cleaning.
Have used them a couple of times, they do a good job
Thoro-Clene I would recommend for services needed. Tech was prompt and did an extremely great job. We are very pleased. He was willing to listen to our concerns. We would want Thoro- Clene for any cleaning in future!
Thoro-Clene is AMAZING!!! Chase cleaned my apartment and now it looks brand new, super happy with this company!!!!
So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn’t do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have…
This was my first time using this company. My neighbor recommended them. The scheduler worked hard to fit me in at the last minute for a sizeable job. The technician was polite, professional and did a great job. My carpets look great and dried pretty fast. I liked that the technician used corner protectors to…
I have used Thoro Clean to clean an area rug and also installed carpet in my basement. They were very responsive and quick. I am happy with the service and would use them again for sure!
I had them come clean my couch and love seat as well as my large area rug. The cleaner was very professional, on time and pleasant. Everything looked great after it was done except for one spot, which they are fixing for no additional cost. Great company to work with and great customer service.
They were able to schedule my appointment in less than a week. Great price, great job, great follow-up call and email to make sure I was happy with their service. Very happy with everything.
