Oscar did an amazing job! He took the time to go over areas that needed a little extra help. It looks really good, thank you!
Seriously could not be happier!! After having someone else schedule with me and then completely no-show, I was already irritated as hell and just wanted my carpets cleaned. 😂😂😂 I’m sooo glad I ended up finding Thoro-Clene Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning instead. They showed up when they said they would, were…

Thoro-Clene did professional and amazing work on our carpets. The professional assigned to our job was a family member of this local family owned business. They have been in business for 26 years. He paid special attention to the areas that were needing extra care and the two area rugs and carpet square footage…
They did an awesome job! Carpet looks better than when we first moved in. Carpet feels cleaner, fluffier and overall significantly better! Tech was on-time, he accommodated our furniture that we couldn't move (even helped me move a few pieces) and provided foam blocks for placing furniture back in place without…

I had carpet on the stairs that had been ruined by cats. Jason, with Thoro-Clene was incredibly helpful and took time to check for areas where cats may have urinated. Loved our experience with Thoro Clean!!! I highly value professionalism, and that is what I got with their services. I was contacted at least a couple times prior to our service, one to confirm appt and second to check if the tech could show up early. Both our carpet and rug were saturated with pet odors and they…
Thoro-Clene... Amazing! Every time I have a need for their services, they are there. Best customer service, amazing work, and just a quick phone call away. They've installed flooring through my whole house, my townhouse and my RV (but don't ask for RV install, because they don't do that any longer, oops)…

Want to give a shout out to Thoro-Clene carpet cleaning! Technician was very professional and explained all processes. The end result were extremely clean carpet areas and beautifully clean tiled floors! Highly recommend their service to all home owners!
So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn’t do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have…

This was my first time using this company. My neighbor recommended them. The scheduler worked hard to fit me in at the last minute for a sizeable job. The technician was polite, professional and did a great job. My carpets look great and dried pretty fast. I liked that the technician used corner protectors to…
