Update 2/2026 I just wanted to update this review, I still use Thoro-clene (usually every 6 months) Oscar still takes care of us and does exceptional work. Not only are my carpets perfectly clean, but the whole experience is great. I get a friendly reminder call where I’m offered specials, I am given a Curtesy call…
Loved our experience with Thoro Clean!!! I highly value professionalism, and that is what I got with their services. I was contacted at least a couple times prior to our service, one to confirm appt and second to check if the tech could show up early. Both our carpet and rug were saturated with pet odors and they…
Thoro-Clene... Amazing! Every time I have a need for their services, they are there. Best customer service, amazing work, and just a quick phone call away. They've installed flooring through my whole house, my townhouse and my RV (but don't ask for RV install, because they don't do that any longer, oops)…
They were great! Arrived on time and did a great job for a reasonable price. 100% would recommend.

Carpets turned out fabulous. Great customer service all around.
I have used ThoroClean many times. This time James used a super deep clean especially on the dog urine stains. It was an absolute miracle that he got the stains out. I was totally impressed with his service. This company really does an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
Thoro-Clene is AMAZING!!! Chase cleaned my apartment and now it looks brand new, super happy with this company!!!!
So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn’t do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have…
These guys are awesome! Was easy to call and schedule, plus get an estimate. They showed up on time and did an amazing job. The technician was professional and considerate. We will never use anyone else again!
Thoro-Clean carpet cleaning was great! They were EXTREMELY fast in responding to my inquiry, got me scheduled for an appt within the next couple of days so that we didn’t have to wait long, they were on-time, and consulting with me on my options and helped me find the right treatment needed. They quality of work…
They were on-time, very professional, and my carpets looked like new when they were done. I will be using them in the future. Every communication with them was pleasant.
They were on time, very professional and did a fantastic job. We had a couple stubborn stains and they came back free of charge to get those stains out. I love their communication and follow up. I definitely recommend.
