The office is responsive and always helpful. My dog needed 2 vaccines and a heart worm test to renew her Simperica Trio.. They got me in for a tech visit within a couple of days, gave me options on where r to purchase the medication and called it in to Costco. Very reasonably priced as well.

Thank you for your kindness & thank you for listening. After a 6 hour wait, $200 bill, and no answers at another vet, we were so discouraged. The ladies at Thurman’s completely passed our expectations. We cannot thank you enough!

Disappointed With Appointment Delay I was disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. My appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but I had to wait much longer than expected before being seen. I understand that emergencies can happen at a veterinary office, but I would have appreciated being informed about the delay and given a realistic estimate of the wait time. I value the care provided to my pet, but communication and respect for clients’ time are also important. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and communication with clients in the future.

The doctor Thurman, barely said hi and turned around and charged hundreds of dollars without handing a quote prior. Marissa (office Manager) who takes personal appointments during office hours but has rejected a follow up for my pup and said “we didn’t know what we were doing” I don’t know this woman (who wants to at this point) talking to clients like this. The disregard is evident at this point. Also, the fact that I trusted this place with my dog and low retirement SS. Disappointment and hurting the community. It’s not right and I believe further grievances will be taken.-negative star to this center.

This review is completely untrue. We helped you from the moment you contacted our office on 07/20/2026. We were very upfront about costs and services that were required for your international travel (we have all of the documentation to prove this). YOU did not show up for your follow up appointment, which was scheduled off of the time frame you provided us based on your travel date. When you did arrive (hours late- again, we can prove this with documentation and video footage), you proceeded to get upset and couldn’t understand why the doctor could not stop his other appointments to see you at your convenience. You were contacted as soon as I returned to the office (we support all of our office members being there for a sick child appointment, that is why I was out of the office), and at this time you also informed us that you had moved your fly date up by 5 days. I let you know that based on your new fly date we would not be able to do the health certificate because you did not give us enough time for USDA certification. At this time you became upset and accused our doctor of being "unqualified" to do his job. I then referred you elsewhere for services. You then threatened me and our office to post negatively about us online because you are an "influencer." We discontinued services at this time, letting you know we would not be treated this way. You then proceeded to call our office an additional 3 times being rude to the front office staff. We understand how frustrating things can be when something doesn’t go how you feel it should. We went above and beyond for you from the moment we met. Writing untrue things about us online isn’t something we take lightly. Our doctors work very hard to help as many pets as possible- and pride themselves in the quality of care they give.
