I had an issue with a pipes leaking outside and into the pan in the attic. We’ve had different techs out here in the past and it looks like they only put a bandaid on the issue. Mo figured out that our pipes were secured in the wrong places, that they were essentially switched. They stayed longer to fix the issue…
Mark Figueroa he is very knowledgeable walked me through the whole process. Made sure that I knew exactly what was going on in a non-condescending way because I really didn’t know anything. I actually feel happy that I’m spending my money to get this problem addressed properly and fixed. I will definitely use Mark and his crew on all my properties.
