3rd time I've used Tiger services, and I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. This time Gale came to do a maintenance check on HVAC, and again everything was explained so I could understand it. Gale is very friendly and personable, and I will continue to recommend Tiger services.
I have said it before but it’s definitely worth re-iterating, Tiger Services is excellent at training the tech’s that have taken care of my HVAC equipment for the last two years! Had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Harris for the first time today and, after checking my brand new AC unit, he further found some issues…

Called on a Monday to schedule A/C maintenance. Got scheduled for the next day. Tech was done early with previous appointment so he got to me earlier, which was fine and appreciated. Overall friendly and professional. Worth the monthly membership for the free maintenances alone.
