I was charged over 500$ to have them break my furnace igniter and tell me I'll have to pay over 1,000 if I want them to repair my furnace at all. Extortion.

I am writing this as an angry, exhausted, and heartbroken mother. Last year, my family trusted Tiger Plumbing with approximately $28,000 of work involving our heating, cooling, water/heating system, and plumbing. We have a 10-year warranty, yet when we actually need that warranty, I cannot understand how we are being treated. We are a family of seven with LITTLE CHILDREN, and for approximately 3–4 days our ENTIRE HOUSE has had NO HOT WATER and NO WARM WATER, only very cold water!!!Every shower and faucet is affected. I specifically told Tiger Plumbing customer service ON THE PHONE that we have little children in this house without hot water. They knew. That is what hurts me most as a mother. These are LITTLE CHILDREN who need to shower, yet I have felt no urgency or empathy. Yesterday, one technician came and we were told someone would come today with what was needed to fix it. Today, technician TY GEHRKEN came. From what I personally witnessed, he took selective pictures rather than complete pictures of the areas where I understood the work needed to happen. I asked him: “Why are you not taking a full picture of the room and the area where you are going to work?” He responded: “Are you a plumber?” I told him I am studying plumbing, but that shouldn’t matter. I am the customer and this is my home. I have every right to respectfully ask what is being documented. He then repeatedly asked: “Do you want me to leave? Do you want me to leave?” I NEVER told him to leave. I asked him twice: “Did you hear me tell you to leave? Did you hear me say that?” Why would I want him to leave? I wanted my heater FIXED so my little children could have warm water. He left without completing the repair. We still have no hot water. I called Tiger Plumbing 7 OR MORE TIMES TODAY ALONE. I was also told a manager would call me. Nobody from management called to hear my side. Then I discovered Tiger Plumbing had booked me for MONDAY without discussing it with me first or giving me a proper explanation for why nothing sooner could be done. Yesterday I was told someone would come today to fix it. Now my little children are simply supposed to wait until Monday? There is another part I find unbelievable. Yesterday, a Tiger Plumbing promotional sign was placed in my yard without my permission or prior notice. Nobody asked, called, or messaged me. Imagine how that feels: Tiger Plumbing can advertise itself from my yard without asking me, while inside that same house my little children have no hot or warm water. After approximately $28,000 and a 10-year warranty, why am I calling seven or more times in one day begging to be heard? Why has management not even called to hear my side? I am not asking for revenge or special treatment. I AM ASKING FOR ACTION. I want management to call me and hear my side. I want both technician visits and my calls reviewed. I want TY GEHRKEN’s service and conduct reviewed fairly. I want an explanation for the Monday appointment, the manager who never called, and the promotional sign placed in my yard without permission. Most importantly, I want Tiger Plumbing to HONOR MY 10-YEAR WARRANTY AND SEND A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN TO FIX THIS BEFORE TOMORROW — NOT MONDAY. If it cannot be repaired, I want whatever replacement or other remedy is covered by my warranty. I would gladly update this review if management contacts me, listens, honors the warranty, and fixes this. But right now, I cannot recommend Tiger Plumbing. You are not dealing with a ticket number. You are dealing with a family of seven, a mother who trusted you with approximately $28,000, and LITTLE CHILDREN who have gone 3–4 days with NO HOT OR WARM WATER. Tiger Plumbing, please call me, hear my side, honor the warranty, and FIX THIS BEFORE TOMORROW. My little children should not have to wait until Monday for warm water.

They dont do all repairs. Had a leak at my water softner and they wouldn't come to fix it. Nothing major just a drip at the copper pipe. And than tried to push a new water softener. Bad business. If your a plumber you should do your job unless it's something super different or something custom made, I can see that.
3rd time I've used Tiger services, and I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. This time Gale came to do a maintenance check on HVAC, and again everything was explained so I could understand it. Gale is very friendly and personable, and I will continue to recommend Tiger services.
Fella showed up and checked it out for 5 minutes. Told me a couple things, 1 he is new and has no clue what he is looking at. Then after he talked with someone on the phone, they don't service what they put didn't put in. He knew they did not put it in at the very beginning. He then went on to estimate it was a 10 year old water filtration unit and they could easily replace it for quite a bit of money. THE SYSTEM IS 3 YEARS OLD. We had another company out 20 minutes after them.Turns out with another company it was a tricky fix and took a little time. ..I usually book 2 at a time because someone doesnt show or they show up and clearly do not want to work. These people did not want to work.
How can a plumbing company not work or service a tankless water heater cause they didn't install it but yet came out and repaired my ac unit and my furnace which they also did not install. Not happy with this service especially since im paying a monthly subscription.and to top it off everything he said it could was read off Google. Do not use this service. Wanted over $7000 for a new one to be installed yet thst cost 1200 when we got it the first time this place is a scam company profiting off of bs. Always get a second opinion before booking with this company. BTW all my water heated needed was a new ignition switch great job guys. Smh.
