3rd time I've used Tiger services, and I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. This time Gale came to do a maintenance check on HVAC, and again everything was explained so I could understand it. Gale is very friendly and personable, and I will continue to recommend Tiger services.
I have said it before but it’s definitely worth re-iterating, Tiger Services is excellent at training the tech’s that have taken care of my HVAC equipment for the last two years! Had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Harris for the first time today and, after checking my brand new AC unit, he further found some issues…
Job well done.
Great service....easy quick fix this guy is great
Eric was a great person, just like all Tigers previous people I have dealt with. He took the time to go over everything with me.

Your Service Technician Too Le was very professional in the installation of the AC condensate pump. He explained how it works. Thank you Toi Jim Phillips
Excellent job.. Aaron is polite, explains everything, knowledgeable and most of all, we are happy with his work. Hope he gets assigned to us again if we need help from your company in the near future.
Called on a Monday to schedule A/C maintenance. Got scheduled for the next day. Tech was done early with previous appointment so he got to me earlier, which was fine and appreciated. Overall friendly and professional. Worth the monthly membership for the free maintenances alone.
He did a GREAT JOB! He got my A/C working properly.I really appreciate his hard work and dedication.
Jon was very professional and the installation was smooth! (Michael who came out to do the quote was also on time and knowledgeable!) Great team! Michael also worked with me to get an excellent price that worked within my budget! Highly recommended
Really nice and respectful costumer service
Great
I had got a house with my fiancé not knowing the water heater and pipes needed work and replacing until our water heater gave out. I had called tiger in need of advice and help. Thank you Tiger for getting out to our home and not only getting a quote quickly they came and got the job done the next day. We now have a brand new AC unit that is beautiful and already cooling the house down! Steve and I already forgot his partners name were both great and very professional. The guys that came…
*Edited at bottom* Richie was fantastic! Very personable and professional. They called to let me know that they were in the area and could help me sooner than my appointment. He listened to the issues that we were having and even offered some advice about how to save some money. He didn’t push us to spend money on…
Michael Seidel did an air conditioner tune-up and inspection. He was very thorough and efficient. I really liked how he paid attention to detail as he did his work. I would recommend him for any HVAC service work.

Melvin did a great job! Very courteous and knowledgeable.
Nate was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I would have him back anytime!
My water heater blew a few months back and there was no shut off valve so I was forced to shut the water off to my whole house. I called Tiger Services and the same day they sent out Richie to give an estimate. They considered me an emergency because of the no water situation and were out the next day installing a…
Great service, as always. LeRoy was friendly and efficient!
Very friendly, professional staff. New to this business after being serviced by Spengler for just about two decades. First impression is a good one!
Kevin V was professional, friendly and courteous answered all our questions very knowledgeable. Very confident will keep our A/C and Heating Unit running at its best.
Do not trust this company. We called Tiger AC to get an inspection done on our AC. Don’t get me wrong, the inspection worker was very friendly and professional. However, red flags started popping up when a seasonal inspection turned into an AC catastrophe. Our system was so bad that it would cost $4000 to repair…
Jacob L. Was amazing and took time to walk us through all of our options!
Made an appointment. Monday for Thursday at 6. 645 Thursday called to make sure someone was coming. They never booked the apt. Rescheduled for Saturday. Now Saturday and I get a call that they won't make it and now have to reschedule again. Poor customer service. Hopefully their knowledge of HVAC is better than their customer service.
Josh Moravcc was very thorough and professional in performing the A/C system maintenance. Josh did a great job explaining what he did.
A really reliable, professional, and friendly company to work with. Everyone so far has been very knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially Ernie and Aaron! Highly recommend!
Great service & people oriented and knowledgeable about my unit and simply knew what he was doing!
They were great but they just (as of time of posting) closed. The owner retired and sold to a different company. I'll be looking elsewhere for service going forward. *** Edited to respond to the owner's reply I appreciate your confidence, sir, but that has not been my experience. I just had them come out and they…
Been using them for years. I love the annual plan that has them come out 2x a year to maintain my furnace and AC. They call me to schedule, so it's one less thing on my to do list. Love it!!!
