The techs were very polite and knew what they were doing. The cleaned up when they were done. They even repaired the clothes dryer vent when they cleaned it.

Posting goer a family member. New water heater installed. It leaked water, so they came back out. They said everything OK. Later a family member smelled natural gas. Had a different company come, and they found that it was coming from the water heater. Called Tiger but got no response. Had insides of two toilets…
Tiger was great. They were able to book me for a complete Furnace/AC installation within 48 hours of mine breaking unexpectedly. The guys that did the installation were very friendly, hard-working, and courteous. I have zero complaints with Tiger and look forward to using them in the future.
