3rd time I've used Tiger services, and I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. This time Gale came to do a maintenance check on HVAC, and again everything was explained so I could understand it. Our relationship started out rocky in the past but today Tiger Services has redeemed themselves. Leroy and his apprentice were very professional and wasn't trying to sell me a service. They were on-time which is huge in my book and performed a thorough maintenance check of everything. I gave only 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.

When new HVAC System was installed, Tiger lifted up A/C unit on top of new HVAC System, but a water-drain valve cracked & was not replaced. However, Tiger returned & replaced it & provided clear drain tubing to observe the drain system.
Do not trust this company. We called Tiger AC to get an inspection done on our AC. Don’t get me wrong, the inspection worker was very friendly and professional. However, red flags started popping up when a seasonal inspection turned into an AC catastrophe. Our system was so bad that it would cost $4000 to repair…

Technician Brandon was on time and professional. He explained what he would be doing and kept me up to date during the process. He was thorough and explained his findings from the inspection. Manager call to detail options of follow-up was a little long winded and felt a little like a sales pitch.
