3rd time I've used Tiger services, and I am impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the techs. This time Gale came to do a maintenance check on HVAC, and again everything was explained so I could understand it. Gale is very friendly and personable, and I will continue to recommend Tiger services.
I WAS a member of their club and they came out to check out my heating and a/c as part of the club services. They discovered a crack and quoted me $14,000 to replace the furnace and a/c. I asked for a detailed quote. To me, this is just standard. You get a quote and it outlines everything included in the price and…
Job well done.
Great service....easy quick fix this guy is great
Eric was a great person, just like all Tigers previous people I have dealt with. He took the time to go over everything with me.
Very efficient and does an excellent job of fixing whatever I have them here to fix or check out!!
Wonderful and professional. Akeem was just great!
Akeem was very polite and fast in fixing our issue.
Aaron came out to service my furnace today. He was very friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Tiger to take care of your heating needs. I will be using them again because I really need my water heater flushed. Then Nate came out to flush my water heater, and he was just as friendly as Aaron was. Great crew you have there!
Gale Gresham was our service tech. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he found on the furnace inspection and gave us options to fix the problem before further damage was done. Will definitely use Tiger for all my heating and AC needs. Update was able to get next day appointment to install a…
Excellent quality service. Very thorough & very cordial with great personality. Really “enjoyed” doing service with him.
The technician that was here today, 1- knowledgeable. 2-extreemly kind and helpful. Also listened to everything I asked him and answered all my questions.
Excellent job.. Aaron is polite, explains everything, knowledgeable and most of all, we are happy with his work. Hope he gets assigned to us again if we need help from your company in the near future.
Shelby Townsend was my scheduling personnel, she was very polite and tentative to my heating and cooling maintenance needs. I enjoyed speaking with her.
Jon was very professional and the installation was smooth! (Michael who came out to do the quote was also on time and knowledgeable!) Great team! Michael also worked with me to get an excellent price that worked within my budget! Highly recommended
Great
Jayden has been to my home twice and each time was polite and professional. He addressed the issue at hand timely.
I had got a house with my fiancé not knowing the water heater and pipes needed work and replacing until our water heater gave out. I had called tiger in need of advice and help. I can say I’m very happy so far with my experience with tiger. Jayden was our technician that had came out and spoke to me about all that…
Good all round service !,
Michael Seidel was our technician and he was great! He was very professional and informative. He provided an excellent customer service experience!
Service assistance setting appointment for annual maintenance inspection is always exceptional.
The technicians that have visited my home have been very polite, professional, and thorough.
The techs were very polite and knew what they were doing. The cleaned up when they were done. They even repaired the clothes dryer vent when they cleaned it.
Thank you Tiger for getting out to our home and not only getting a quote quickly they came and got the job done the next day. We now have a brand new AC unit that is beautiful and already cooling the house down! Steve and I already forgot his partners name were both great and very professional. The guys that came…
I have used tiger for electric, plumbing and sewer in my home. All jobs were handled professionally. Chris Robinson was friendly and helpful. Great job Chris!
He was very polite and honest. These are qualities that are rare these days!
Kelvin was very professional He was very helpful at filling out paperwork
Nate did a thorough review of the problem and explained what was needed to meet our needs. The service provided was great. The follow up customer service is greatly appreciated
Looks fine and it works
Brandon did a great job explaining things, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Hope to have him back as our technician!
Our relationship started out rocky in the past but today Tiger Services has redeemed themselves. Leroy and his apprentice were very professional and wasn't trying to sell me a service. They were on-time which is huge in my book and performed a thorough maintenance check of everything. I gave only 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.
Customer service is amazing! The gentleman I spoke with who explained the plans was extremely helpful. Tyler, my technician, was so thorough!!! Great experience so far and will highly recommend. Thanks to all!!
Great service, as always. LeRoy was friendly and efficient!
Darian, Toi, and Spencer did everything smoothly with no problems.
Seth was absolutely stellar! He was very thorough, and professional. He deserves a pay raise for sure!!!
When new HVAC System was installed, Tiger lifted up A/C unit on top of new HVAC System, but a water-drain valve cracked & was not replaced. However, Tiger returned & replaced it & provided clear drain tubing to observe the drain system.
Do not trust this company. We called Tiger AC to get an inspection done on our AC. Don’t get me wrong, the inspection worker was very friendly and professional. However, red flags started popping up when a seasonal inspection turned into an AC catastrophe. Our system was so bad that it would cost $4000 to repair…
Sam did a great job!
I have ALWAYS received the most professional services from Tiger. I truly appreciate a customer focused company in today's world.
Technician Brandon was on time and professional. He explained what he would be doing and kept me up to date during the process. He was thorough and explained his findings from the inspection. Manager call to detail options of follow-up was a little long winded and felt a little like a sales pitch.
Leroy was very friendly and informative. I am now waiting on Allen to set up my cleaning of my furnaces.
They were great but they just (as of time of posting) closed. The owner retired and sold to a different company. I'll be looking elsewhere for service going forward. *** Edited to respond to the owner's reply I appreciate your confidence, sir, but that has not been my experience. I just had them come out and they…
After purchasing a new AC and Furnace from Lartz, I've had nothing but horrible service. The AC went out for the first 3 years and each support person would point the finger at the previous technician. Furnace cleaning with AC repair was less than a 15 minute service call with a decent size bill and then the…
