Nathaniel Clouse rocks, Josh and Ryan thanks for working your magic!
Shelby Townsend was my scheduling personnel, she was very polite and tentative to my heating and cooling maintenance needs. I enjoyed speaking with her.
I'm not sure about the value for the money. I'd have to do some research but I needed to get it done quickly and the fact that they did it in one day is amazing. The guys were wonderful and explained everything to me in detail. They worked very hard for almost 8 hours. The house is comfortable and cool just in time…
I had got a house with my fiancé not knowing the water heater and pipes needed work and replacing until our water heater gave out. I had called tiger in need of advice and help. I can say I’m very happy so far with my experience with tiger. Jayden was our technician that had came out and spoke to me about all that…
I scheduled my service. First they cancelled. Then they arrived at the wrong time. Then the tech basically told me I needed all new plumbing and additional work on a water heater that was installed only two years ago. I do not like being scammed. I am a single parent and have no time for games. I am very upset and want a call from corporate
The technician came out to troubleshoot our issues and explained our options, answered our questions, and set us up for service the very next day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Sam and Steve came to install our new furnace and air conditioner and were professional and took the time to answer all of our…
Excellent communication and the guys were amazing. Explain everything to me and my husband. Very respectful.
I had my AC, furnace, and water heater replaced in one appointment, and the whole job only took about 6 hours. From estimate to install, the entire process took less than a week. Sam was professional, friendly, and informative. Toi and Spencer helped get the job done quick. Communication from all the support staff…
Very polite and professional
Very professional and worked hard to get a complicated job done! Would use again!!
Tiger was great. They were able to book me for a complete Furnace/AC installation within 48 hours of mine breaking unexpectedly. The guys that did the installation were very friendly, hard-working, and courteous. I have zero complaints with Tiger and look forward to using them in the future.
Arrived on time and immediately got to work. I had them remove my old furance and A/C and install a new A/C and Furnace along with adding a vent in one of my rooms. I am very pleased with how the install went. I also had them clean the air ducts. Both Steve and Chris were both great. They kept everything clean and…
Great service, as always. LeRoy was friendly and efficient!
Entire team gave everything I could possibly ask for in relations to options (Sales), removal/installation (Install team) and follow-up. I wish to state to 'Tiger' that Sam W. is quite the asset to the company. His diligence, professionalism and pride in his work is quite evident. I recommend that he get recognized for his work. GOOD JOB!!!
Kevin V was professional, friendly and courteous answered all our questions very knowledgeable. Very confident will keep our A/C and Heating Unit running at its best.
Great satisfaction with plumbing work done in Jan. so I didn't hesitant to use Tiger for furnace & a.c. installation. Great job and great price. Cheap? No....but, prices being what they are now...a good deal!
Had our furnace replaced and vents cleaned out. Toi and Chris knew exactly what to do and completed the job with ease.
I dealt with 3 tiger employees, Ray, Emitt and Ernie. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had having a company come out for work on my home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the business, great work guys!!!
I was very pleased with the installation of both my furnace and water heater . I would highly recommend your company .
Just make the call, you won't be disappointed. They're the only place I'll do business with. I have had great experiences with the office, owner, and technicians. They know their stuff!
After purchasing a new AC and Furnace from Lartz, I've had nothing but horrible service. The AC went out for the first 3 years and each support person would point the finger at the previous technician. Furnace cleaning with AC repair was less than a 15 minute service call with a decent size bill and then the…
