Thanks Kelvin M for preparing my system for the winter.
Job well done.
Eric was a great person, just like all Tigers previous people I have dealt with. He took the time to go over everything with me.
My technician Eric Washington came out to perform a furnace tuneup. And he showed gave me a good diagnostic and recommendation on how to proceed in the future.
Gale did a great job. He also noticed a possible issue with our water heater that I will follow up with the manufacturer
Magda was great just like alot of your other techs. I haven't met a bad tech from Tiger. Magda knows her stuff!!
Shelly was very nice and able to answer my questions. She setup my annual winter maintenance without any problems. Thank you Shelly
Service assistance setting appointment for annual maintenance inspection is always exceptional.
AC went out on Friday and Eric W was able to come out Saturday to diagnose the issue. Turned out both my furnace and AC needed replaced and he was able to get me on the schedule for Monday. Dorian W, Joe M, and Chris C all showed up and we’re great to work with. All were professional and got the whole job done and…
Kevin and Magda showed a wonderful combination of thoughtful empathy and responsible professionalism, mixed with a touch of humor: efficient and proactive; quite the “A” team.
I have used tiger for electric, plumbing and sewer in my home. All jobs were handled professionally. Chris Robinson was friendly and helpful. Great job Chris!
Over priced. Good Lord… The technician left 4 wires loose when he was done, and gave us a $940 quote for a relay and a capacitor. Local HVAC team told me they could have been electrocuted, and that the tech you sent was unqualified. They replaced the $70 capacitor, but there was no relay. Less than $200 and working…
Was very professional and helpful. Would have him come back anytime.
Melvin did a great job! Very courteous and knowledgeable.
Don't let these clowns on your property. They "fixed" my water heater three times, and I still have water dripping all over the floor. Had a gas leak-- they talked me into replacing all the gas lines under my house. Ameren is here right now fixing two different gas leaks. One is a significant leak. Tiger missed both…
Kevin V was professional, friendly and courteous answered all our questions very knowledgeable. Very confident will keep our A/C and Heating Unit running at its best.
A really reliable, professional, and friendly company to work with. Everyone so far has been very knowledgeable and easy to work with, especially Ernie and Aaron! Highly recommend!
Outstanding service and quality people who worked very hard to fix our heating system. Steve installed a part this morning that brought us back up to 100%.
Service technician was prompt, knowledgable, courteous, neat and pleasant. We have been impressed with all the technicians who have provided service to our home.
Great service & people oriented and knowledgeable about my unit and simply knew what he was doing!
