My technician Eric Washington came out to perform a furnace tuneup. And he showed gave me a good diagnostic and recommendation on how to proceed in the future.

Over priced. Good Lord… The technician left 4 wires loose when he was done, and gave us a $940 quote for a relay and a capacitor. Local HVAC team told me they could have been electrocuted, and that the tech you sent was unqualified. They replaced the $70 capacitor, but there was no relay. Less than $200 and working…

Don't let these clowns on your property. They "fixed" my water heater three times, and I still have water dripping all over the floor. Had a gas leak-- they talked me into replacing all the gas lines under my house. Ameren is here right now fixing two different gas leaks. One is a significant leak. Tiger missed both…

Elroy was great! Professional and helpful. I love their system of documenting everything with pictures so that we could see everything going on with our HVAC system. Tiger had a very nice promotion for a furnace tune up which we took advantage of and now we're in great shape heading into this winter season.

Been using them for years. I love the annual plan that has them come out 2x a year to maintain my furnace and AC. They call me to schedule, so it's one less thing on my to do list. Love it!!!
