Shelby Townsend was my scheduling personnel, she was very polite and tentative to my heating and cooling maintenance needs. I enjoyed speaking with her.

AC went out on Friday and Eric W was able to come out Saturday to diagnose the issue. Turned out both my furnace and AC needed replaced and he was able to get me on the schedule for Monday. Tiger was great. They were able to book me for a complete Furnace/AC installation within 48 hours of mine breaking unexpectedly. The guys that did the installation were very friendly, hard-working, and courteous. I have zero complaints with Tiger and look forward to using them in the future.

Professionals! I would have them in our home any time, kept us informed, very pite and treated our home like it was their home
Entire team gave everything I could possibly ask for in relations to options (Sales), removal/installation (Install team) and follow-up. I wish to state to 'Tiger' that Sam W. is quite the asset to the company. His diligence, professionalism and pride in his work is quite evident. I recommend that he get recognized for his work. GOOD JOB!!!
They installed my new a/c and furnace. Great services and answered any questions I had. Will recommend to others.
They did a great job. My new ac is definitely keeping up with the heat now.
Kevin V was professional, friendly and courteous answered all our questions very knowledgeable. Very confident will keep our A/C and Heating Unit running at its best.
Sam did an amazing job. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very thorough and was very helpful. Engaged with us both professionally and personally. Didn’t treat this as just another job. We made sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied before leaving. Even installed our new thermostat for us and made sure it worked.
