The company sent someone out quickly to inspect the problem area as well as the rest of the visible plumbing, and they gave several options for repair and upgrades. They have fair financing, and the repairs were done quickly.
Sam did an amazing job. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very thorough and was very helpful. Engaged with us both professionally and personally. Brandon and Aaron had quite the task, dealt with a 75 gallon beast that was bloated with sediment. I always appreciate how willing every Tiger rep is to explaining the details of the job. They did a good job working the problem and quickly installed so we were not without hot water. Have truly appreciated every rep sent to the house.
Bryan was awesome. Did great work installing a new water heater I had purchased from home depot. I actually bought the wrong size and when Bryan noticed it, he offered to return it for me and advised me on the right size to purchase and picked that one up for me as well at no extra cost.
We needed a new water heater and from start to finish they were perfesional and ready to help us get what we needed.
