Bathroom floor was lifting in the corner and I had no idea why. They took that corner apart, showed me the old adhesive had never bonded to the slab, and explained what needed to happen. no bounce and no hollow sound when you step on it. They also gave me a price before touching anything and it didn't move at the end.

We had a section of tile in the laundry room that kept popping loose no matter how many times I tried to reglue it myself. did our laundry room floor in a basic gray. porcelain. quick job, two days with grout. cuts around the washer hookups and the floor drain are tight. price was reasonable for the size of the room. been a month and it still looks like the day they finished. happy with it
Started looking for tile people after our old backsplash cracked. Got a few quotes around Chicago & TileSquare was the most responsive by far. They walked me through layout options, ordered the tile, scheduled within the week. Install took two days & They kept me posted the whole time !!

Turned out the previous install skipped the backer board and just stuck tile straight onto the plywood. TileSquare pulled it all up, put down proper cement board, and retiled the whole area. They matched the existing tile in the hallway pretty close too since I didn't want to redo both rooms. Been about six weeks and nothing has budged.

The estimator came out, measured the bathroom floor and the kitchen backsplash area, and actually paid attention when I started explaining what I had in mind. I had a few pictures saved on my phone and he looked through all of them instead of nodding along. What I liked is he didn't try to push me toward something pricier or talk me into stuff I didn't ask about. The install itself was pretty quiet. The two installers kept to themselves and just worked. I checked the floor a few times while they were doing it, asked some dumb questions about the cuts around the toilet, and they explained things without making me feel like I was in the way. Grout lines came out even, the corners look sharp, and running my hand across the floor there's no edges sticking up where tiles meet. The backsplash behind the stove is the part I keep looking at. It catches the light differently than I expected from the sample and I like it more in the actual kitchen than I did at the showroom.
Thank you for believing in us.

Used TileSquare for a vinyl tile job in our basement. was comparing a few options and their price made sense so we went ahead. the install was quick, everything is lined up nice and it already holds up well with the kids running around down there. would call them again for the upstairs bath
