Readjusted catalytic converter “cage” that had been misaligned driving on snow.
All the staff here work together to ensure my car is well maintained in a timely manner. They make necessary recommendations when needed and they are always polite and go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Tilton's team has exceeded my expectations, my car has been fixed properly by a qualified and expert team, I liked how Dan and Matt were able to clear out any doubts I had. I encourage anyone looking for professional service to trust Them. Very pleasant visit

Tilton’s Automotive consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Recently they did basic service work on our children’s two cars. We needed some flexibility on picking up both cars. I am a huge fan of Tilton’s. They are so organized, so professional, so courteous, and more than fair. It’s night and day compared to my most recent experience with another service/repair shop. Choose Tilton’s with confidence; you’ll be so glad you did.
We were visiting my mom from Cincinnati when our car had some significant safety jeopardizing issues that prevented us from driving back home with our newborn. The folks at Tiltons got us in quickly and the car is running so much better. Great communication and excellent service!
Outstanding service,great people.
10/10 experience, their prices seem reasonable and the people are so friendly I'd be willing to pay a bit more just for the customer service. I wish I could remember either person's name but they fixed my car fast and let me know about something else they had found that I decided not to have fixed. Will be going…
Professional and courteous staff. Management really cares about their clients. I’ll be spending lots of money here as the quality and integrity is beyond expectations.
Very pleased with the repairs. I would suggest some improvement for parking.
-Two times I had to go back after repairs were made in the past year. -Honda Fit loner vehicles driver front door shuts but its bent so rain comes in at the top. -Their quotes are double from other reputable owned auto shops.
Best local mechanic family owned business and backed by some stellar warranties on some of the work too! So happy to bring all my business here.
Great customer service. Andy went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was correctly diagnosed.
Many years a customer of Tilton's and I can always count on an honest assessment of my car's needs, prompt service, and fair charges. It is absolutely true that Andy and crew treat you like family....they take great pride in the quality of their work and in their customer service, and rightly so!
Tiltons does great work and stands behind their work. When I comparison shop, they are more expensive about 70% of the time, as much as 2x. But I know if they can get to my car, it will be done well.
Tilton’s provided excellent service. I was in need of an urgent mechanical assessment and repair on my vehicle, and I was able to get my vehicle into their shop quickly. The customer service was of the highest quality, and they took the time to explain each step of the repair process and keep me informed. I greatly…
Tilton Automotive always gives superb service at fair prices. We trust them.
I have a 2015 Ford Escape that is just breaking down. I went into Tilton’s and met with a guy named Matt Sides. Honestly I thought the shop was a scam because of how amazing Matt was with his customer service and what the different parts and things were that I would need to get to get back on the road. Matt truly made me a returning customer.
I purchased a used vehicle and was completely bamboozled. Andy, Jason and the team of folks at Tiltons did an amazing job of thoroughly looking over the car and finding everything that required attention. They found ways to lessen the expense, yet make sure the car was safe and road worthy for my family. Finding an…
