My car broke down on Wednesday in Columbus and I had to get back to Cincinnati Friday. They were SO nice and got it to me by Friday. Absolutely amazing and described everything to me clearly. Definitely recommend!
I am sending this review on behalf of my mother Donna. She can not say enough about the work and attentiveness that Tilton Automotive showed her. From the moment they picked up the car to be towed to their shop, to the way they kept her informed of all services that needed to be done..they went above and beyond. She…
Amazing customer service and quality work. Took my Tesla model X in to get my rear cambers changed to the adjustable ones to save my tire wear. Did a great job and kept me informed if anything else needed service as well. All went well and my Tesla drives better than before. These guys here are professional and…
Tilton's is great! I've been going here for years, both with my Subaru and with our fleet of tree care Ford trucks. The team at Tilton's takes great care of us, solving our problems quickly so we can continue our work. The quality of the work and the service provided is always outstanding. No need to shop around if…
Professional staff, great facilities. Car repaired on time as promised
No one ever wants to spend money on car repairs, but if you have to, Tilton’s Auto makes the experience so much better. Their customer service is excellent—they communicate clearly, are honest, and have even saved me money when possible. Their prices are reasonable, and being a Care Member comes with great perks and…
Be prepared. $500 to replace a battery.
I have visited Tiltons nearly 8 times just this year. My car got a full engine and transmission replacement from another mechanic and it went a bit south, I took it to Tiltons to help me workout the kinks. They were absolutely amazing. The new engine came with a warranty and they made all the calls to them and I…

I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Tiltons for 20 plus years. Andy and his team have also been thorough with diagnosis, upfront with estimates and get the repair or maintenance done right. Bottom line-you can count on Tiltons. From a longtime extremely satisfied customer.
Great service
Let me know that the old battery had needed changing for a while & may have damaged the alternator
I purchased a used vehicle and was completely bamboozled. Andy, Jason and the team of folks at Tiltons did an amazing job of thoroughly looking over the car and finding everything that required attention. They found ways to lessen the expense, yet make sure the car was safe and road worthy for my family. Finding an…
Very friendly and they care about the customer.
Our old car needed a lot of work.
Tilton's service was excellent! I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced. They scheduled me the next day when I called and were right on time when I arrived for my appt. They checked my car's battery, diagnosed the problem, and gave me the results plus cost in good time. They had to order a special…
I had an excellent experience with Tiltons. This is the second time I've been to Tiltons, but the first time using this location. The owner and staff were all very professional. and friendly. I was having starting issues and want to ensure it wasn't anything more than a bad battery so I asked for an all around…
