Good work been a customer for 18 years since they were on high street in a small gas station like work space. unfortunately, we had to send the 2002 escort to car heaven. just cost too much to fix her. Thank you, Andy and the gang for keeping the two cars we had running for the past of 18 years. It was a great ride.
I have used Tiltons for 15+ years, servicing over 13 different cars in our family, with every conceivable maintenance/repair issue. The constants have been experienced and talented technicians, state-of-the-art equipment, responsiveness, and competitive pricing. Tiltons is 35 yr old family run businesses where the…
Fast, thorough - did a total diagnostic and broke each repair out separately so we could select what we wanted and schedule other items later. So kind - easy to pay and pick up. Added bonus - they sponsor our football team and give back to the community!!!!
I have been trusting Tiltons to work on my vehicles for over 18 years. Great shop, fair pricing and excellent customer service!
I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Tiltons for 20 plus years. Andy and his team have also been thorough with diagnosis, upfront with estimates and get the repair or maintenance done right. Bottom line-you can count on Tiltons. From a longtime extremely satisfied customer.
Professional and courteous staff. Management really cares about their clients. I’ll be spending lots of money here as the quality and integrity is beyond expectations.
Honestly might be the best repair shop on planet earth. Let it BIP!
Friendly and professional team of people to work with.
Always were wrong about timeliness, i had to keep calling them to get any updates on my car (took close to 3 months) when they told me my car was ready, the leaks I dropped it off with were still there. Bent an original piece to my car (still waiting for them to replace it.) I'm sure they fixed what they did, but…
Tiltons does great work and stands behind their work. When I comparison shop, they are more expensive about 70% of the time, as much as 2x. But I know if they can get to my car, it will be done well.
I took my car to Tiltons to repair a misfire. They were able to find a broken push rod. They recommended a repair that they could warranty but I wanted to try to repair the pushrod first. Andy told me he would do whatever I wanted but informed me it may not fix the car. Luckily it did. They never made me feel…
Since from the day the day my car was returned to myself from being stolen Tilton's has done everything to my from the battery to the tires and done a fantastic job .I wouldn't go anywhere else,I appreciate everyone at Tilton's Thank you guys
Problem was correctly diagnosed as an upstream O2 sensor based on the readout of an engine code. However, $457 for this very simple diagnosis and repair seems very high. Price included two full hours of labor and a mysterious $31 fee. I will be looking for a new mechanic.
Van went in for head gasket . Said heads were to warped. Being that I have a auto reconditioning shop my self . I have good connections to get a replacement engine and trans. Which I had already explored that option. I’m to old to do this kind of work myself. They immediately added a so called handling charge of…
The Tiltons team has helped us out quite a few times. Always honest, trustworthy and straight up, quick to respond and they know their stuff. They’re our sole car repair folks!!
Great service. Car broke down on New Year’s Eve and they fixed it the very next business day. Great customer support and the Vice President even followed up a week later to see if everything was still working great.
Very friendly and they care about the customer.
We have used Tilton's since we moved to Worthington two years ago on the recommendation of locals. After our most recent experience, we will be loyal for life. I took my Honda Odyssey into Tilton's for what I thought was a minor fluid leak, but turned out to be a major engine problem. I cannot imagine an auto…
Excellent service on multiple vehicles over the past 15 years. We always Take It to Tiltons!
Tilton's auto repair is a great place. I have used them for years on a couple different vehicles. They have a great shop, can do it all, are timely, honest and professional. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience recently getting some major engine work done with Tilton’s. After getting screwed by the warranty from when I purchased the car I was desperately trying to call around to get a fair price for the work that needed done. Very few places were even willing to do engine work and those who did…
