Excellent service, as usual. Tilton’s found a reasonable way to replace my shark fin antennae when others said it was a big complicated job. Well done!!

Bob and the crew at Tiltons are top notch. The cheapest, no. But certainly, the best. They got my Wrangler up and running, and quickly. It was worth every penny I spent.
Honest service at a fair price

Andy and his experienced staff are the best
I have been a customer of Tilton's for years. The owner, staff, and technicians are highly professional, friendly, and the repairs on my vehicles are fairly priced and accurately repaired. Will continue to take my vehicles there for repair.
Andy and his team are so experienced and professional.
Tiltons is by FAR the best auto service company I’ve ever dealt with! They were able to take care of a difficult electrical issue for me in my work van, and get me back on the road. Very professionally run and clean shop. Their ENTIRE staff is very friendly and accommodating, and always willing to answer questions…
I’ve been taking my cars here for decades. They have always been honest, dependable, knowledgeable, capable, and efficient. I drive from the other end of town because I trust them. They’ve not always had good news for me, but I know I’m not being conned. I refer everyone who needs car repair or maintenance to Tilton’s
Tiltons is professional and did a great job repairing my car. I had issues with my ABS light staying on, so they inspected my brakes and made sure everything was fine. They replaced the part that was causing the warning light. My oil change was also a great price. I also used Tiltons a few years ago to replace my…
We ALWAYS get great service at Tilton’s Gahanna. Bob is fantastic with customer relations. We would not go anywhere else!!!
Great job with my car and communication the whole time. I really appreciated their efforts and friendliness each time we talked.
I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Tiltons for 20 plus years. Andy and his team have also been thorough with diagnosis, upfront with estimates and get the repair or maintenance done right. Bottom line-you can count on Tiltons. From a longtime extremely satisfied customer.
Friendly and efficient service along with great communication. I highly recommend Tilton’s for maintenance or major services your car needs.
Tilton's has done the maintenance on my SUV practically since it was new, 5-6 years ago. They are always polite professional, do not recommend anything that is not needed, and are very good. I would recommend Tilton's to all my friends, and have done!
I have always trusted these guys to service my vehicles. Excellent!
The guys are great! Very down to earth and incredibly helpful!
I would trust Tiltons with ANY vehicle I owned. They are honest, family owned, accommodating & do their best to provide for your needs while they work on your vehicle. I own a 28 foot RV and places that can perform oil changes and general engine and chassis maintenance are difficult to find. Usually I need to find a place that works on larger trucks and semi trucks at a much higher cost. Tiltons was able to do my engine maintenance at a place closer to home in an efficient and…

Great service
They are professional, courteous, realize society's needs for services renderred, good location as needed I will return....
-Two times I had to go back after repairs were made in the past year. -Honda Fit loner vehicles driver front door shuts but its bent so rain comes in at the top. -Their quotes are double from other reputable owned auto shops.
Best local mechanic family owned business and backed by some stellar warranties on some of the work too! So happy to bring all my business here.
Tiltons does great work and stands behind their work. When I comparison shop, they are more expensive about 70% of the time, as much as 2x. But I know if they can get to my car, it will be done well.
I've been going here for years. Always great service. Haven't pushed me to do unnecessary work. They keep my cars running smoothly. I have had a few cars past 100,000 miles that have ran smoothly and without a lot of costly repairs.
I have had maintenance done to my car several times in the last year or so and am always satisfied when I leave! Matt has explained everything to me in detail and made sure that all of my needs were met, and I really appreciate that! I will continue to bring my car here for many years to come!
Highly recommend the team at Tilton’s! Always so responsive and helpful!
We have two Honda CRVs, eight and nine years old with almost 100,000 miles each. Tilton’s keeps them purring. I highly recommend them.
It is a pleasure to use Tilton’s for our car needs. They are friendly, responsive and fair in their pricing. I had a car repair need recently that was going to prevent me from making a work meeting and they told me to bring the car in that morning and they would have me back on the road in 30 minutes…that is service!
I chose Tilton‘s because of their reviews and I don’t regret it at all! They were friendly, responsive, sent the estimate via text message. It couldn’t have been smoother. I will use them again and recommend them to all of my friends. What a refreshing service experience!
Great place! Trustworthy automotive business.
I purchased a used vehicle and was completely bamboozled. Andy, Jason and the team of folks at Tiltons did an amazing job of thoroughly looking over the car and finding everything that required attention. They found ways to lessen the expense, yet make sure the car was safe and road worthy for my family. Finding an…
Great experience as always, best in the business!
Family owned and operated, got my car in and out in a few days with repairs to my brakes and hub bearings. Fantastic communication about work needed, recommended, and the pricing of such. Will only take my car here in the future.
The Tiltons team has helped us out quite a few times. Always honest, trustworthy and straight up, quick to respond and they know their stuff. They’re our sole car repair folks!!
Okay so I've been going to Tilton's for many years but as of the last couple of years they been slipping. They used to be very reasonably priced/affordable but now their charging more then dealer prices. Brought in my car and they had listed like 4-5 different things that were overdue for example radiator flush,…
Excellent service on multiple vehicles over the past 15 years. We always Take It to Tiltons!
I have a used food truck and these guys have been fantastic getting it back up and running when it’s had issues. I don’t trust my truck with anyone else!
Chris and Andy (and every other employee) are absolutely amazing! Not only great service but they support the Worthington community in so many ways! Great people, great service, great company!
My first experience with Tiltons was on New Year’s Eve and one of my road supervisors had a tire that started leaking air he arrived at the shop five minutes before closing time and they still took the car in and patched the tire. With that level of professionalism they earned my business going forward. We have had…
Tiltons performed some dire services for my 2003 rsx type s. They do high quality work and are one of the best shops I’ve worked with in terms of communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to take it back to them in the future for any service.
I had to take our company van to get repaired. From start to finish, working with Chris and his team was fantastic! They provided a professional experience, quality service, honest timelines, great value. Will definitely use Tilton’s in the future!
I have done business with Tilton's off and on over the years. They are honest and professional. I trust them and they don't take that trust for granted. One of my best finds in Columbus.
I had a great experience recently getting some major engine work done with Tilton’s. After getting screwed by the warranty from when I purchased the car I was desperately trying to call around to get a fair price for the work that needed done. Very few places were even willing to do engine work and those who did…
Great service, great people, great family owned business. Thank you Tiltons!
