Didn't wait long. Professional, friendly staff. Work completed as requested.
As always good job. Any issues they note and let me know.
Good work been a customer for 18 years since they were on high street in a small gas station like work space. unfortunately, we had to send the 2002 escort to car heaven. just cost too much to fix her. Thank you, Andy and the gang for keeping the two cars we had running for the past of 18 years. It was a great ride.
Once again I’m so impressed with Tiltons Worthington. Ease of scheduling, communication, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and they go above and beyond to assure satisfaction. What a relief to finally take my truck to an honest and skilled team of mechanics. You won’t be disappointed!
My wife asked me, "Why don't you go to the dealership?" I said, "You're kidding, right? The experience at Tilton's is light-years better!" Always.
Once again, no disappointment! Can’t go wrong! Matt. Jason. Chris. Andy. These guys are fantastic! Know there stuff and get the work done.
My Transmission went they got me back up and running in no time But most of the Customer Service was is awesome Matt is awesome takes his time to explain the process
This is my extended family at Tiltons. My Corolla is 20 years old & they treat it like my family & as if it were a Rolls! They are more reasonably priced than the dealer & a lot more flexible, too. I drive 160 miles for them to service my chariot. They are worth every minute of ever mile. They treat me like a valued…
I have used Tiltons for 15+ years, servicing over 13 different cars in our family, with every conceivable maintenance/repair issue. The constants have been experienced and talented technicians, state-of-the-art equipment, responsiveness, and competitive pricing. Tiltons is 35 yr old family run businesses where the…

Excellent auto repair. Reliable Personable and trustworthy. Bob Bruning the manager is really honest and easy to work with.
Tilton’s Automotive consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Recently they did basic service work on our children’s two cars. We needed some flexibility on picking up both cars. Matt took care of each situation to make is easy for us to get the cars when it worked out for us. It’s often little things…
We ALWAYS get great service at Tilton’s Gahanna. Bob is fantastic with customer relations. We would not go anywhere else!!!
I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Tiltons for 20 plus years. Andy and his team have also been thorough with diagnosis, upfront with estimates and get the repair or maintenance done right. Bottom line-you can count on Tiltons. From a longtime extremely satisfied customer.
Tilton's has done the maintenance on my SUV practically since it was new, 5-6 years ago. They are always polite professional, do not recommend anything that is not needed, and are very good. I would recommend Tilton's to all my friends, and have done!
Low professionalism and high prices
I would trust Tiltons with ANY vehicle I owned. They are honest, family owned, accommodating & do their best to provide for your needs while they work on your vehicle. I love this place & everyone who works there! 5/2/23.... It was good to see everyone at Tiltons & they were happy to see me & my Corolla! Got the car…
Honestly might be the best repair shop on planet earth. Let it BIP!
Tiltons does great work and stands behind their work. When I comparison shop, they are more expensive about 70% of the time, as much as 2x. But I know if they can get to my car, it will be done well.
Repairs done that day, and they had a courtesy car for me to use. Thank you
Very friendly and they care about the customer.
