Tiltons is great. They fix things the dealership couldn’t couldn’t even fix.
The folks at Tilton's are always professional and friendly. They proved great service. Their waiting area is really nice and comfortable. Very reasonable pricing.
Had tires put on my car a from a supposedly reputable company. Upon receiving my car back I noticed the car shaking badly at 55mph plus. Tilton’s came to the rescue by diagnosing that the other company did not balance the tires at all. Thanks to Tilton’s it runs great!
I am sending this review on behalf of my mother Donna. She can not say enough about the work and attentiveness that Tilton Automotive showed her. From the moment they picked up the car to be towed to their shop, to the way they kept her informed of all services that needed to be done..they went above and beyond. She…
I had several maintenance procedures completed at Tilton's Huntley Rd recently and was pleased that they were done in less time at less expense than I expected. My car runs smoothly and gas mileage is even better. This is the cleanest garage I have ever seen, the customer service is top notch, and the waiting area…

Andy Tilton and his company have taken care of our cars for about 30 years. Quality work and fair prices.
This was my first visit, they were recommended by my son, it was a great experience. I felt my car was in excellent hands.
My experience at Tilton’s was awesome. Their communication about needed repair to my car was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional.
Tilton's is great! I've been going here for years, both with my Subaru and with our fleet of tree care Ford trucks. The team at Tilton's takes great care of us, solving our problems quickly so we can continue our work. The quality of the work and the service provided is always outstanding. No need to shop around if…

We use this place all the time. Customer service is awesome and keeping our vehicles on track has helped us a lot at Kids Academy of Worthington
The guys at Tiltons got my truck in for service and returned same day! Great vibe, very efficient, and well organized. If you're in the Gahanna area and can't stand the experience at a dealership this is the move! Highly recommend!
I am beyond satisfied with the treatment I received today at Tiltons . I had a flat tire situation and called them minutes before they closed desperate for help and they not only let me bring my car in but they worked on it for me (even after closing time ) and fixed the problem. How I don’t have to miss time at…

Always do a fantastic job. Courteous. Timely. My go to.
Tilton's has always been accommodating, fair in price and fast service. I've never had a more honest mechanic shop and feel that I'm taking my car to a trusted friend.
I recently hit a full size car tire on 71 and immediately had a flat. I knew once I was safe and got a tow truck for a change I was heading to Tilton's to see Bob the Manager. Knowing you can trust your advisor to do the right thing and treat you like family is priceless.
I have been a customer of Tilton's for years. The owner, staff, and technicians are highly professional, friendly, and the repairs on my vehicles are fairly priced and accurately repaired. Will continue to take my vehicles there for repair.
We ALWAYS get great service at Tilton’s Gahanna. Bob is fantastic with customer relations. We would not go anywhere else!!!
I’ve been bringing my family’s cars to Tiltons for 20 plus years. Andy and his team have also been thorough with diagnosis, upfront with estimates and get the repair or maintenance done right. Bottom line-you can count on Tiltons. From a longtime extremely satisfied customer.
Honestly might be the best repair shop on planet earth. Let it BIP!
Great service
I’ve been using Tiltons for years. I come back for the honest, trustworthy and timely automotive service and repair.
Great repair, great service!!
Tiltons has worked on several of my vehicles over the last several years. They communicate to keep me updated on the repairs.
Tiltons does great work and stands behind their work. When I comparison shop, they are more expensive about 70% of the time, as much as 2x. But I know if they can get to my car, it will be done well.
They got the new tire, a run flat, and replaced it. Tiltons is great. Not so enamored with run flat tires. expensive.
I had a tire blow out after hitting a pothole on the freeway. The tire went flat and wouldnt take air. I called Matt Sides and he called a tow truck for me right away, towed my car in and gave me a ride to the shop. He was able to get me a tire quickly, took care of changing it and got me going fast. Thank you…
It is a pleasure to use Tilton’s for our car needs. They are friendly, responsive and fair in their pricing. I had a car repair need recently that was going to prevent me from making a work meeting and they told me to bring the car in that morning and they would have me back on the road in 30 minutes…that is service!
Great place! Trustworthy automotive business.
I purchased a used vehicle and was completely bamboozled. Andy, Jason and the team of folks at Tiltons did an amazing job of thoroughly looking over the car and finding everything that required attention. They found ways to lessen the expense, yet make sure the car was safe and road worthy for my family. Finding an…

My first experience with Tiltons was on New Year’s Eve and one of my road supervisors had a tire that started leaking air he arrived at the shop five minutes before closing time and they still took the car in and patched the tire. With that level of professionalism they earned my business going forward. We have had…
Our old car needed a lot of work.
I have done business with Tilton's off and on over the years. They are honest and professional. I trust them and they don't take that trust for granted. One of my best finds in Columbus.
Just scheduled another visit! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and treated me like family. Always helpful and I tell my friends and family to come here for services, too.
They are wonderful!
Tiltons is awesome! As an OSU student not from Columbus, I was unsure if I would find a quality place that treated me well and didn't rip me off.
