We received 3 quotes for a repair on flashing on our roof. Our estimator was extremely honest and told us what did and didn’t need to be replaced instead of just encouraging us to file a claim with our homeowners insurance to get a new roof. The work was prompt and looks great! Would definitely recommend them to anyway!
Tim Leeper Roofing is amazing! They were very professional and easy to work with. They were not pushy and were honest. They did not try to sell me work that I did not need. I highly recommend this company!!!
I had 4 different companies come and give estimates on my 1100sqft home. Tim Leeper was the only one of the three that met all my requirements. Super fast quote, very good price, terrific communication and follow through and some really nice people to deal with. They 100% earned this review with their…
We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Tim Leeper roofing. We were selling our home and had somethings we needed to take care of. They came out and did a whole walkover of our roof. Addressed issues that needed to be taken care of, gave us an estimate( very fair and reasonable), got us on schedule as soon as possible due to the…
We had the BEST experience with this company! Extremely communicative and did great work at a good price! We are so grateful!!!
Both the estimate and the service were timely, well communicated, and handled professionally.
About five years ago, I had a new roof installed by a well-known Nashville company, but it has had a small leak since the beginning. They never found the source and eventually gave up, and other roofers I hired couldn't fix it either. A couple of weeks ago, after some shingles blew off, I called Tim Leeper Roofing.…
They came to correct a couple areas where water was penetrating through exposed nails, added a couple vents and seal around our power pole. They showed on time and conducted the work well. Ran into a couple items that they addressed immediately. They even reduced the price due to work that was planned reducing.
Very clear communication from quote to completion, highly recommend!
The job was executed perfectly with clear communication from the onset and an accurate run through of the estimate. The estimate was competitive compared to other local businesses. I’d like to call out Brent for his support from the get go, and support he offered - as well as the team for doing a quick job and…
Prompt and efficient service provided. They started the job and finished as expected. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any roofing service
They were timely when making their initial estimate and listened to me when explaining the problem. When arriving to fix the problem, they again were on time and fixed the problem. The price was fair and when completed, they cleaned up and were conscious of leaving no nails in my driveway. Time will tell about long…
These folks were super-friendly, very easy to communicate with, and the work was done on-time and with no mess left behind. I would absolutely recommend Tim Leeper Roofing!
Honest and thorough roof repair. The process was quick and easy and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.
Andy and crew were on time, communicated where and what they were looking for on the roof that was causing a small water leak inside the home. They were professional, friendly, listened to my concerns. They were clear on how they could solve the problem to stop the leak, and they did!
Outstanding Customer Service and Installation from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tim Leeper Roofing.
I've had Tim Leeper out several times to look at our roof for issues caused by other companies. Brenden, who always did my initial inspection, is great and the repair work was performed very well.
Communicative, punctual and great workmanship. Had my roof repaired from storm damage and can barley tell the difference from the new shingles compared to the existing. Great company to work with.
Had a few undetermined leaks. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the issues and provided estimates. The work was scheduled quickly and completed without issue. No more leaks. While I hope to not need roof repair again, I'll call them if I do.
Very professional, very supportive, great price.
Tim Leeper is amazing !!!! Kris assisted us and he was very thorough & professional . Was ON TIME !!!!!!!
The roofers worked quickly and efficiently, very satisfied with their service would work with them again in the future
I called in for an estimate. Micah came out within 3 days. He was very polite, respectful of property & professional. I signed the estimate, and within a couple of days it was approved and he followed up with me to discuss date/time. He was acknowledgeable on weather, & was at my door and ready to start. The workmen…

Several great experiences with Tim Leaper Roofing. Easy to work with and good prices.
Both the estimator and repair man were very kind and professional. I will use them again and I highly recommend Tim Leeper Roofing.
Tim Leeper Roofing was very quick and professional throughout the entire process. I originally contacted them for a singular issue with one spot on the roof but their inspector looked over my entire roof to give me an honest evaluation. Rather than trying to push me on an entire new roof he offered two tailored…
When our roof needed tarping and repair after a storm, the Tim Leeper Team saved the day! A wonderful and knowledgeable crew came out to assess and tarp same day and explain the issue that needed fixing. They were great communicators and answered all of the questions I had, even after they had left. My estimate was…

Great company to work with. On time and very professional.
I’ve used Tim Leeper Roofing now for roofing repairs on 2 separate houses. I’ve been very happy with their work both times. On my first repair Tim was able to get a valley area leak completely repaired when an initial group failed. Tim now has repaired roof vents on a different house where some leaking had started,…
My roof had shingles missing from a tornado that came through. From the time I contacted Tim Leeper Roofing to inquire about fixing the shingles, the roof inspector, Micah, coming out and giving me a quote to the actual replacement was within 7 days. Incredible company with even more incredible employees. The…

This is my second time working with Tim Leeper Roofing and they did a great job both times! The repairs were well explained before the work was done and they answered all my questions. The crew performing the repairs showed up on time, completed the repairs and left the property clean when done. I look forward to working with Tim Leeper roofing again!
Tim Lepper Roofing was fantastic. They finished the job with speed an professionalism. But even better, when Paul came out to give us an estimate he spent so much extra time with my son showing him the drone and how he used to inspect the roof — he definitely created a distinct memory for my son. And, they gave me a…
Great experience. They took photos of the roof damage and clearly explained how it needed to be repaired. On time. Good communication.
Quick and responsive service. Highly recommend.

Tim Leeper Roofing did an amazing job repairing my roof. Every step of the way it was very easy from communicating with the estimator, to setting up my repair date. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer it for me.
Tim Leeper Roofing is a high quality company in a world of substandard craftsmanship and reliability. I have used them for several years for minor or major repairs. They give you an estimate and show up on time to get the work done. Most importantly, they don’t just say “you need a new roof.” They give me a repair…
Tim Leeper Roofing was highly recommended to me from friends who raved about the job that they did at their homes. Tim Leeper Roofing did not disappoint at all. We had lost shingles and had facia damage to our home after a recent storm and they did a GREAT job repairing the damage. Jacob from Tim Leeper came…
I had damage from an ice storm of a tree hitting my roof and called 3 different companies for estimates. Tim Leeper roofing always communicated well with me for arrival of workers and follow up for each step of the work. When gathering bids for my job, they had a very comprehensive bid on materials and labor where…
Working with Tim Leeper Roofing to repair my roof was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every level of support from customer service to the roof inspector and technicians was exceptional. The team did a phenomenal job completing the repairs with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.…
YEEEAAAHHH!!! Second time having to use Tim Leeper Roofing and as usual didn't disappoint. Wind may be knocking shingles and damaging my roof but at least I got a company that helps and has good costumer support and more importantly gets the job done in a timely manner.
They came out recently to look at my roof as I had some shingles come off due to a recent storm. The tech actually got on the roof and inspected the whole thing. He gave me a review on the status of the entire roof and made a reasonable estimate to repair it. They came back out couple of weeks later and did a great…
The whole team at Tim Leeper has been nothing but a pleasure. They made this quick and easy. From initial consultation with Branden to final install it was great! Thanks so much to everyone there!
The company did a great job in getting the damage assessed and performing the work. They were very professional and courteous and I am extremely pleased with Tim Leeper Roofing.
