A reliable place to bring your car. I moved back to Nola recently and I was relieved to see Tim's is still open. Their customer service is unbeatable.
Great place. Quick service. Diagnostics reports are easy to understand. Friendly team with strong technical communication skills. Highly suggest!
Tim’s Quality Automotive Care team provides excellent service!
I've had three services with Tim's and they always go above and beyond. As someone who knows next to nothing about cars, they always make sure I understand what is needed and why. Additionally, they are honest in letting me know what services I can wait on or aren't necessary at the moment, which is great for my…
Great people! Easy to talk to. Helped me prioritize the repairs needed to my truck and they didn’t shame me for not getting everything done sooner. (Also, they gave me some gourds as a gift! Can’t beat that!)
Great personalized service with reasonable recommendations on keeping your automobile in working order.
Nick is great. He went over the truck and what it needed with me. He worked with me on making adjustments that I needed because of budget. They got it back to me when they said it would be available. I am very satisfied and will tell my friends.
Great work and customer service! The best auto service that I've ever experienced!
Outstanding service. Best experience I’ve ever had with a auto repair. The Digital Inspection Report documented what services were performed and clearly communicated issues that needed addressed. The staff did a great job communicating the scope of repair needed and talked me through options of what they recommended…
Great experience!! They sent a comprehensive report on the condition of my car just a few hours after I dropped it off, and gave me different options for repair. It was quick and easy, and the guys were really kind. 10/10!
They gave me a thorough description of the status of my vehicle with repairs necessary now, and those which will be coming later. No pressure to do unnecessary repairs.
We've been going to Tim's for years and years. We have vowed to drive our cars til we can't anymore. Tim's is keeping both our cars happy and healthy for the last umpteen years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have to admit that I got tired of clicking all the services they have performed for our cars over the…
Very thorough and professional. I love the way they do things and they don’t try to talk you into unnecessary services. Went quicker than expected!
Excellent service and amazing people that are fair and honest. They care for your car as you would your own child. I am a customer for life.
We set up an appointment online for the service which was completed on time!
Always first class in repair and customer care at Tim's.
Tim and his crew have helped me multiple times (Tim, Nick, Brian, etc.). The TQCC crew have always been thorough and communicative. They have consistently provided both quality advice and recommendations. I have never felt pushed into a service that wasn't necessary for the longevity of my vehicle. They've tackled…
This place is my immediate go to in Metaire for any car issues. They are professional, precise and transparent about all issues related to your car.
Tim, Nick & their team are great at what they do. They thoroughly evaluated my daughter's car, gave me a detailed report of the needed repairs, and then they assisted me in prioritizing what repairs were most critical. This enabled me to financially plan for the other repairs while keeping my daughter safe on the…
