Tim’s Quality Car Care was amazing!! They were so kind and quick, and not only called me but called my dad to let him know about the fixes!! I will definitely be bringing my car back here again!!
They are wonderful, very professional, trustworthy, and gives their best to get the job done as soon as possible. I recommend them to anyone. I have been going to them for years.
A reliable place to bring your car. I moved back to Nola recently and I was relieved to see Tim's is still open. Their customer service is unbeatable.
Great place. Quick service. Diagnostics reports are easy to understand. Friendly team with strong technical communication skills. Highly suggest!
These guys are excellent. I just feel so confident every time they fix my car, they just know engines. I replaced a battery thru auto zone which was such a mistake. It caused problems with my key fob. In Monday, Tim’s replaced that awful battery and calibrated it and now everything is working fine.
Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. The quality of their work and incredible service of their staff speaks for itself. Go here and get it done right the first time!
Great service, reasonable price
Simply the best car service specialists in the city! I first learned of this business when i sent my partner to them to get her car fixed. When i brought the car Nick, one of the co-owners, rode with me first to assess my car issue. We chatted and he shared some of the history of this New Orleans family owned…
Very friendly people and good service. They always send me thank you cards after I get my car serviced.
Awesome team
Extremely thorough and accurate diagnostics with flexibility to work with pricing limitations highly recommended
One of the things that make your life easier is having a mechanic who you trust. These folks do good work and stand behind it. The are keeping my 20 year old Element running great!
I've had three services with Tim's and they always go above and beyond. As someone who knows next to nothing about cars, they always make sure I understand what is needed and why. Additionally, they are honest in letting me know what services I can wait on or aren't necessary at the moment, which is great for my…
A great job, every single time. Tim and his team are the best in the area. Reliable, kind, trustworthy, and personable. They take the anxiety out of car repairs, because of the peace of mind that they provide. I’ve been taking my automobiles to Tim’s dating back to 2008, and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Allays conscious of our budget, they spread out repairs with a concentration on safety and long term care of the vehicle
Excellent service. very trustworthy. They always try to save me money. They know a lot about older cars so I like that about these guys. I think they are really good. Been going there for four years now.
Outstanding service. Exceptional experience by all technicians. Highest recommendation.
Everyone I encountered at Tim’s from start to finish was super easy, fair, responsive, friendly - I’d been avoiding getting my car worked on for weeks because everywhere else was not like that. What a gem! I’ll be going here from now on :).
I have been a Customer of Tim for 30 plus years (original Salcedo st site) the owners take excellent care of my vehicle's . I have had probably 6 cars over this period of time and they keep all in excellent running condition. AT one time I traveled a lot and they always inspected my cars keeping in mind that I…
It's never fun to have to bring your car in to be serviced but Brian at Tim's Quality Car Care made it as pleasant as possible. He listened to all of my concerns. They provided me with an online list of all of my car's issues, rating them from urgent to non-urgent. After going over all of them individually I was…
Great personalized service with reasonable recommendations on keeping your automobile in working order.
Tim’s consistently offers the best experience I have ever had dealing with car repairs. The staff and technicians there were great with communicating the issues for repair and prioritizing what needed to be done. It was easy to set up an appointment online, and the time frame for the repair was very convenient as…
Tim's Quality is - quality, reliable, personable - including flexible scheduling, good communication, good drop-off and check-in system - all at a very fair price. Tim Sullivan
Such a great place. Very up to date shop and equipment.Mechanics have been there a long time so they are very experienced. Excellent!
Great work and customer service! The best auto service that I've ever experienced!
Always excellent service. Also, the place is so clean unlike many auto service centers. Their computer inspection provides a written report which is helpful. Staff has been there for years.
Very professional and courteous! Prompt service with excellent quality workmanship.
This place is top notch in terms of quality of work and communication. They try to get you in as soon as possible and are very professional.
Great experience!! They sent a comprehensive report on the condition of my car just a few hours after I dropped it off, and gave me different options for repair. It was quick and easy, and the guys were really kind. 10/10!
Have used Tim's for many years and am more than happy with their fair prices and high-quality advice and service work.
Tim’s Quality Car Care met all of my expectations and is the STANDARD when it comes to service work. I took my vehicle in for a pre-buy inspection and had them service needs that were discovered. They communicate every step of the way and their diagnostic system makes it easy to identify what they’re looking at when…
Tim’s is amazing! Before doing any work on my car, they checked to see if the work needed was under warranty. They found several things that I could get done for free elsewhere with warranties I had, so they saved me thousands of dollars they could have charged me to do the work themselves, and suggested I get those…
I had called a couple of other mechanics who told me they could not get me in any time soon before calling Tim's. Tim's was able to get me in the next day! When I raised my concerns to them about a light coming on in my truck, they assured me they would identify the problem and we would go from there. They did a…
We've been going to Tim's for years and years. We have vowed to drive our cars til we can't anymore. Tim's is keeping both our cars happy and healthy for the last umpteen years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have to admit that I got tired of clicking all the services they have performed for our cars over the…
Very transparent about what your car needs and what you can save your money on. I appreciate the honesty and transparency! The most thorough car check I've ever had. Will return when I need more services.
These are really GREAT people to have take care of what's needed for your car. They are all very polite and helpful and are able to repair what needs to be done at a very reasonable price. My 2007 PT Cruiser was repaired because of the driver's window not operating. Tim's Quality Car Care found the replacement unit…
These guys are awesome ! I drive 200-300 miles a day for uber/lyft and have used Tim's for oil changes and full inspections every 5,000 miles. They are attentive to my concerns, follow through, call me with questions, extremely knowledgeable, and let me know when the car is ready. How many times have you had to…
Tim's Quality Car Care is fair, prompt and great with communication. We would recommend him to anyone looking for quality car care.
Excellent service and amazing people that are fair and honest. They care for your car as you would your own child. I am a customer for life.
I don't enjoy taking my car to get repairs but when we do, we use Tim's. They will inspect your car each visit and advise on other repairs that are needed but do not force them on you. When they are done you defiantly do not feel like they took you for a ride. Great value
Tim's uses a program to identify the health of every part of your car with notes and photos. They send this to you to review before calling to discuss what repairs/maintenance are needed. This gives you time to understand the issues better than just a phone call. It also allows you to understand what needs immediate…
Tim's is fantastic. They performed thorough diagnostics and emailed pictures and recommended repairs to me. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic about what to do or not, and they had my car ready to go the next day. They are very professional and trustworthy. Their customer service is outstanding.
Tim, Nick & their team are great at what they do. They thoroughly evaluated my daughter's car, gave me a detailed report of the needed repairs, and then they assisted me in prioritizing what repairs were most critical. This enabled me to financially plan for the other repairs while keeping my daughter safe on the…
