The hype is true people! I have been to many shops around the city and always felt like I was getting ripped off or couldn’t trust what they told me. The team at Tim’s immediately put me at ease and took the time to answer my questions and explain the work to me. They went above and beyond to find a creative fix to…

Quality auto shop! Transparent with what was going on with my car and feel like I can give them a call or take my car into them whenever I am having an issue with my car. Highly recommend!
Great service, reasonable price
I've dropped off friends here for years to pick up their vehicles after getting serviced. They have all raved about Tim's. I was in the market for a used car and took one for an inspection. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and gave me good, solid info including some recommendations on makes and models he would…
Simply the best car service specialists in the city! I first learned of this business when i sent my partner to them to get her car fixed. When i brought the car Nick, one of the co-owners, rode with me first to assess my car issue. We chatted and he shared some of the history of this New Orleans family owned…

Everyone I encountered at Tim’s from start to finish was super easy, fair, responsive, friendly - I’d been avoiding getting my car worked on for weeks because everywhere else was not like that. What a gem! I’ll be going here from now on :).
My experience at Tim’s was excellent in every way possible. Brian, the Service Adviser, went through item by item of the numerous issues revealed by the Digital Vehicle Inspection of my 2004 Toyota Pre Runner that has 213, 920 miles. He assisted me with prioritizing the issues and working out a plan to address them.…

It's never fun to have to bring your car in to be serviced but Brian at Tim's Quality Car Care made it as pleasant as possible. He listened to all of my concerns. They provided me with an online list of all of my car's issues, rating them from urgent to non-urgent. After going over all of them individually I was…

Very lovely people to deal with. They were thorough with my car inspection and explained the details so that even this non-car person could understand. They were able to get me in quickly, too! Tim’s came highly recommended by a friend who teaches automotive stuff. I could see why.
Always excellent service. Also, the place is so clean unlike many auto service centers. Their computer inspection provides a written report which is helpful. Staff has been there for years.

Outstanding service. Best experience I’ve ever had with a auto repair. The Digital Inspection Report documented what services were performed and clearly communicated issues that needed addressed. I took my Jeep Wrangler to Tim's to diagnose what I thought was a small leak problem and for a general tune up. At drop-off I explained to the technician that our family was outgrowing the Jeep, but that we wanted to get it in better running order to hopefully keep it for another year. Unfortunately, their…
Very helpful, quick diagnostic of road safety concerns for my 2ns gen Toyota prius with ~190k miles on it. Fixed key issues and gave a full list of recommended preventative maintenance.
Great experience!! They sent a comprehensive report on the condition of my car just a few hours after I dropped it off, and gave me different options for repair. It was quick and easy, and the guys were really kind. 10/10!
Tim’s Quality Car Care met all of my expectations and is the STANDARD when it comes to service work. I took my vehicle in for a pre-buy inspection and had them service needs that were discovered. Their customer service goes well above and beyond expectations, and their pick up/drop-off service is especially helpful to me. My interactions with Tim, Nick, and Brian have always been very positive. These guys seem to love what they do and take pride in their skills and professionalism. They’re also fun to talk with! I highly recommend their services.
Great place! Wish I had followed my friend Marie D’s advice and brought my car in years ago!
