Matthew did an excellent inspection for my new home
Excellent inspection with detailed report.
Good thorough inspection. Detailed breakdown of all the information. Would recommend
Jess Was very truthful about everything that They found, and was very thorough. Absolutely flawless service!
Jess was unbelievably thorough. At the end of the inspection he walked us through all the areas needing attention. With his guidance, he helped us understand the complete picture of what we were purchasing which was critically important when buying this property. None of these issues were apparent on our initial property viewing. Highly recommend!
I've worked with several home inspectors over the years and Jess at Timberline was the most thorough and professional I've ever worked with. I highly recommend Timberline and I will be using them in the future.
Gerald was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, taking time to explain everything, and wrote a very user-friendly report.
Thank you for your great work 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Matt was very helpful, and very knowledgeable about all the aspects of home inspections, we used him twice and I would not hesitate to reach out to him again.
David was outstanding to work with, thorough, and professional.
Prompt, thorough, and friendly. A great experience!
Highly recommend Timberland Inspection Service. I’ve never experienced working with inspection company like this agency. Inspections were extremely detailed. Matt was punctual, professional, and polite. He was careful and complete in his inspection. He took the time to explain his finding to me and answered all my questions.
They were so thorough both in their inspection and in communicating every issue that was found in the house, explaining its significance, recommending a solution, and answering follow up questions.
Timberline and Gerald specifically were great to work with. Prompt, professional service with timely responses to my questions. I will recommend Timberline and Gerald to my friends and family.
Prior to buying our home, we heard horror stories from friends about how many issues they discovered after moving in that were missed by their inspectors. Being detail-oriented people who like to know whats going on, in addition to being first-time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about the whole process. We asked…
Very thorough and detailed, Gerald did a great job explaining what he saw as well as give recommendations. We are first time home buyers and he made a very anxious and nervous experience manageable. We know exactly needs to be done now and that allows us to be be way more excited for our new home once everything is all said and done!
I would recommend Timberline Inspections to anyone looking for a thorough inspection. Gerald was friendly, catered to my needs, and was fully equipped and prepared to inspect everything I expected and more. I am also very grateful that Timberline Inspections also does sewer scopes at the same time as the inspection.…
Gerald and Matthew were truly great. This review is simple for me cause you take all the good things everyone else said and they apply here. It's a no brainer when you need a home inspection done fast, one-time, reasonable rates, and they are there for you even after the inspection.
