Explained everything, incredibly thorough, and offered really helpful insight. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Thanks David!
Jonathon was very thorough on our home inspection. We were unable to attend the inspection, and he was very detailed with each issue and included photos. He called us at the end and gave the verbal summary, and the detailed summary he emailed was very helpful. We will definitely reach out to have them do our…
Jess was very thorough. I was surprised at the amount, and in the case of the roof, the severity of the discrepancies he found. Especially considering this was a new home inspection. A good reason to hire an inspector whether you’re required to have one or not. Based on my experience I trust Jess and Timberline and…
Very detailed inspection done and I was well pleased. I would definitely recommend his services 100 percent
Jess was great to work with! The process was simple, and at a great price. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, very detailed in his report. He gave recommendations for how things should be fixed, and in many cases even provided instructions or pictures on how to do them yourself or what is standard practice. I'm very impressed.
David is meticulous and explains everything very well. His report was well documented, with clear photos and came back quickly. He answered questions post inspection, was flexible and easy to work with. I would use Timberline again for sure.
Excellent inspection…thank you for your services. We would highly recommend you.
Clear, accurate detailed identification of questionable construction issues.
Jess was prompt, professional & friendly. I feel confident that he did a thorough inspection and would recommend his services.
Jess at Timberline did a great job on the inspection of our new home purchase. He was thorough and efficient. We produced the report immediately, which helped us to stay on track with our tight timelines. This is the second time I've used Timberline. I highly recommend them. You can schedule your inspection on line. They are very responsive.
Jess was knowledgeable and helpful, very professional. Plus an absolute treat to talk to and respected our timelines. A privilege to work with them.
David was great, fantastic job with the inspection and searched every nook and cranny of our new construction home.
Showed up on time, report delivered very quickly, very clear in communication, answered questions quickly. Professional.
Gerald was very professional and answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommended
Matthew Feb completed our inspection. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. The inspection report was detailed with high quality pictures of each area inspected and included recommended repairs. The report also had several suggestions for annual maintenance to keep our home in good condition.
Gerald and Matthew were truly great. This review is simple for me cause you take all the good things everyone else said and they apply here. It's a no brainer when you need a home inspection done fast, one-time, reasonable rates, and they are there for you even after the inspection.
