This is the second home inspection I had in Portland and I think this company did a better job in terms of thorough inspection and price. Jon did a very comprehensive inspection, definitely finding things I was unaware of. His inspection wrap-up was comfortable, not rushed, and he really took time to make certain I understood the issues he pointed out. Timberline Indpections was recommended to me, and bow I know why.
